Freedom of Information Act! Ask the national archives for a copy of Jim Comey's full unclass mailboxes (ask for both mailboxes, he has two) and to see the contents of the "purge" folder. This is the folder where they believe they've deleted items, but since they are on legal holds, it's saved. You can ask for this info on any of the top executives for any government agency!!!

Of course she did. She is a criminal and a very bad person.

She will also never be held accountable in any meaningful way. Nor will anyone but low level figureheads even face charges.

Special Counsel John Durham is moving at an accelerated pace, now that the courts have given him the green-light to investigate and prosecute as needed.

Special counsel John Durham issued trial subpoenas for members of Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign, and the Democratic National Committee, as he pushed his theory of a "joint venture" in the case against Democratic cybersecurity lawyer Michael Sussmann, who represented the Clinton campaign, and Rodney Joffe.

Clinton's campaign, the DNC, the opposition research firm Fusion GPS, and the Perkins Coie law firm are fighting Durham's efforts to compel the submission of withheld documents, arguing their claims of attorney-client privilege should keep the records concealed. However, Durham is continuing his legal pressure as he insists those groups played a coordinated role in pushing false Trump-Russia collusion claims.

Fusion "was not primarily providing or supporting expertise relating to legal advice; instead, it appears that the investigative firm's primary, if not sole, function was to generate opposition research materials that the firm then shared widely," Durham said this month.

"Meeting to agree on the express goal of a joint venture is precisely what happened here, on more than one occasion," the special counsel said early Saturday morning.

"In connection with these efforts, Tech Executive-1 exploited his access to non-public and/or proprietary Internet data," the filing states. "Tech Executive-1 also enlisted the assistance of researchers at a U.S.-based university who were receiving and analyzing large amounts of Internet data in connection with a pending federal government cybersecurity research contract."

"Tech Executive-1 tasked these researchers to mine Internet data to establish 'an inference' and 'narrative' tying then-candidate Trump to Russia," Durham states. "In doing so, Tech Executive-1 indicated that he was seeking to please certain 'VIPs,' referring to individuals at Law Firm-1 and the Clinton campaign."

Durham also writes that during Sussman's trial, the government will establish that among the Internet data Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited was domain name system (DNS) internet traffic pertaining to "(i) a particular healthcare provider, (ii) Trump Tower, (iii) Donald Trump's Central Park West apartment building, and (iv) the Executive Office of the President of the United States (EOP)."

that they used fake stuff means they couldn't find anything real.

imagine if, say, the Clinton Foundation and Haiti were investigated this thoroughly.
