Java and Links don't work...help

I am so frustrated! Every night since a week now, my java stops working and I have to re-download it, and the windows will not open either. Links will not open when I click on them, so what do I do.....is it java....or something else.............is pogo have anything to do with it, becuse sometimes when I go there all my windows close right away...........what is the problem?
