I'm reducing booze intake right now so my liver has time to recover, something I do every year after the holidays along with clean eating, weight
lifting, and heavy cardio. I still 420 all the time.
I have been around COVID a lot. I went to Sturgis, my siblings got COVID, wife got it, not me. I am not vaxxed and hardly ever get a sniffle. Siblings
are vaxxed, and so is the wifey, but at least she mostly listened to me and only got one dose of the JJ. Been to Disney, Universal, all over the
country on motorcycle, Im still fine. Once I am in extreme shape by mid to late spring I start adding the booze back in. Been doing this for many
years now. When October hits I switch to occasional workouts, lots of booze through the holidays, and pick it back up to recover starting in January.
I dont like my party booze routine to interfere with my fitness routine, so I give each routine its own time to shine through the year. When I am
drinking beer weekly, I will easily drink a case of full strength beer with a friend in a sitting. That's why I need recovery time.
Booze definitely does not make you catch COVID. It does not even make my immune system weak enough to catch it when in extreme close contact with it.
I am almost 40 years old. I firmly believe this is a pandemic of the weak, the sick, and the old. Trying to force people like me to do anything like
get a shot, cover my face, is some ridiculous BS I find laughable and will never follow. Dont want to die? Take care of your body. If you know you are
at risk, wear a real respirator. People like me could care less if you exhale through a vent. If I was worried, I would wear a respirator too. Its
called freedom, everyone needs a fat dose of it.
