What job would God incarnate have?

Let's entertain the thought that God Himself incarnated as a simple man in the flesh.

What sort of job would he have?

I like to think he might be a game developer. Afterall, life is all a big game.

Or maybe a security guard, keeping people safe.
Walking in circles seems like something he'd be comfortable with.

Or perhaps a janitor!
A humble but needed occupation, keeping things tidy for everyone else.

Or maybe he'd run a homeless shelter.
I don't know.

What do you think?

God is everyone and all of us
We make god because we are god
If god had a job he would be all our jobs
the end

Carpenter?

Makes sense. Jesus was a carpenter... runs in the family.

I would have said Santa Claus; I still want to believe.

I think he would run a small, year round beach cafe on the southwest coast of England. All life is there.

Oy. Uber driver. Car wash.

But I like..." Hello? 911. What's your emergency? This is Officer Jesus"

(* Bless me father, if I have sinned..!)
WAIT A MINUTE!!!

Which God, whose God, their God's, our God's and "God"?....that's a whole bunch of incarnate and re- incarnate possibilities!

He'd be an old-school barkeep at a small country tavern or inn someplace.

Where He'd patiently listen to all your problems and confessions. Then would give you sage advice on life's great mysteries, over a cold one.

I have a 1960's hippie comix called " The further adventures of Jesus"...where he comes back, busted hitchin rides, sandals, long hair, no I.D.....

" Hello Officers! I'm Jesus!"
"Sure ya are. Get in the car!"

To think...that could really happen!?!?

The Greek word used to describe Christ’s job was builder, exactly what He built?
He was described as a “tektron”, builder/handyman, carpenter or mason, nobody really knows.
Maybe a vintner, would have made a decent doctor, but my bet, Judge

I bet he would be a place close to homeless, poor and sick people.
But as god the creator of all, I think he is already there

Howdy... Good thread by the way. Seriously ...I want to negate my use of humor above.

If he incarnates? I believe God IS Incarnate within the sun, moon, stars in the sky, babies, flowers, birds, sky.

I propose for you to only consider:

God never left
God never changed, morphed...
Always GOD

We've only to look at everything. God is God incarnate..

God will never...he is the only player.🙏

Carpenter?

Last time he sent a carpenter, they nailed the carpenter to a pole and crucified him.

I don't think that god would do that again.

I was a carpenter, I want to mention this so nobody decides to nail me to a pole.

to live a pure life and sinless life and then die a sacrifice for the sins all men who would believe on him. Guaranteeing you eternal salvation forever.
