Quiet Keyboard

You want basically any keyboard with red key switches. I use brown since they are about in the middle, but you can hear them.

I got my dad a Keychron K2 that's top shelf, makes almost zero noise and has the buttery feel you want if you use it alot.

The trick with mechanical keyboards is picking the right switches:

You need a keybord with soft plastic or rubber under them key ... most keybords listed as gaming bords are like that for the sounds is not wanted in live play ... ya know with mike on so you can speak with others.
