All top legal firms use Hotmail with names like SexyLibrarianLawyerForYou11143...

It says Hanna Rose is and an activist and lawyer, I doubt she even works for a legal firm if she’s an activist nevermind a top one. She’s doesn’t need to work for a law firm to be qualified as a lawyer and has probably set up the Hotmail account especially for the case. Is there some issue with that?

Regardless the PDF looks like a correctly laid out legal case to me, what the court does with it is yet to be seen.

Who says that about Hannah Rose?

I can't find anything credible about her. Got a link that isn't to a website that can be setup in 5 mins? And asks for donations...

This is based on a form letter that anyone will get in reply from the ICC.

Show me a credible source? That's all Im asking...

clinical trial phase had ended and were verified safe and effective by MHRA prior to their approval for use.

Yet they were issued under emergency use authorisation.

Tell me this, why were the firms who make them granted indemnity if they were safe? If they were effective why don’t they stop you from catching it and passing it on?

And don’t give me that crap about keeping people out of hospital as the vast majority never ended up in hospital in the first place!

It says it in the pdf you say you’ve read? Also see the OPs reply to you about her FB posts. Or you could email her and ask her yourself?

Facebook, Hotmail and PDFs are NOT sources.

Their content comes from sources.

In this case, a highly questionable and unverifiable source.

I wouldn't email that address with a ten foot pole.

You realize they have indemnity anyways, right?

No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death

The vaccine was developed against the original strain. Looking at it's effectiveness vs other strains to determine whether it was ever effective is misleading for this particular topic. Definitely relevant when it comes to mandates and whether the vaccine should still be taken.

Yes, quite true, but not the point I was making. I happened to notice the terminology about efficacy and effectiveness while looking into the variant, I wasn't trying to equate the stated efficacy or effectiveness of the "vaccine" of the original strain. It was the way it is worded in the studies compared with what we were being told. The NIH, the university, the medical publications, they all used this wording, that was the main thing that I was making a point about.

Why would Fauci constantly talk about efficacy and ignore effectiveness? Why the use of the new terminology of "symptomatic COVID infection" and specifically why claim the vaccine "prevents" any percentage of infection when it can only prepare the body to fight an infection, symptomatic or not.

This was my point, that they are purposely trying to mislead in these studies, even while stating the vaccine only has the ability to reduce symptoms, not actually prevent infection. These vaccines can prevent a percentage of infections, or it can't, so one of those statements is a lie.

Except what you are saying is wrong, they have had indemnity in the US for a very long time, I just sourced it.

I would imagine whatever indemnity they got in the UK would end when it was approved. Has it been approved in the UK?

I'm grasping at straws?

Just because Dr. Yeadon is real doesn't mean anything.

What's that have to do with a MAJOR complaint at the ICC? Remember the thread title?

There is no major court case at the ICC related to this and none have been opened.

Just click bait.

Some of what you say is true, but one thing I would challenge. By preparing your body to fight the virus you can prevent infection. I would say infection does not occur the moment the virus enters your body, but when it overwhelms your bodies response to the point it replicates enough to cause symptoms or they become contagious. If you prevent both symptoms and being contagious I would not say you ever had an infection.

I think Yeadon & others should have gotten together with a well-established lawyer to take this action, I don't doubt that Hannah Rose is a lawyer, but she's certainly not a very experienced lawyer, having graduated in 2020 - and clearly hasn't even set up her own firm. I think there must be at least one lawyer in the alternative community in the UK who could have helped by volunteering to take this case to the ICC, it's just a shame that instead the complaint is wide open to broadside offensives from critics & shills, directly as a result of placing this on the shoulders of a very inexperienced lawyer with no professional foundation.

I hope that at the very least, this obvious failing in the preparation will convince people on the side of justice to locate a legal team in the UK who can make a more authoritative stab at the case. I know that Reiner Fuellmich has a vast network with many legal & medical professionals involved, he is based in Germany - could the plaintiffs not have spoken with him to locate a better legal foundation for the case? I know that Yeadon has been in close contact with Fuellmich before, so I don't see why there is a complete (apparent) dearth of lawyers on the side of COVID truth in the UK?

Come on Dr Yeadon, find yourself an experienced legal team then have another crack at it.

Except I didn’t say that did I? I said it was only recently granted in the UK.

And no indemnity didn’t end in the U.K. just like it hasn’t in the USA.

Yes. He's turned into a quack shilling Homeopathy and light healing.

He's hosting his evidence on the website www.heartmindhealing.org... which is a load of anti-scientific quantum woo healing using nonsense methods instead of medicine such as:

'Know how Spirit becomes matter so you become more confident to work with the so-called ‘God Particle’ in order to bring about faster more complete healing'

'Utilise the zero-point energy field to invert and release dysfunctional low vibe energy'

'Practice more powerful, longer-lasting, healing facilitation via divine blueprint activation and morphogenetic field re-setting.'

And other such nonsense claims.

I happen to know a Barrister, I’ll ask his opinion when I see him, but I also know how much they charge and how much costs a legal case like this would eventually amount too. I suspect the lady pursuing the case is doing it because as an activist she has a dog in the fight. You do realise how powerful these people are she’s up against? For that reason why do you think a so called “respectable” law firm would touch it?
I doubt this case will get anywhere, but it doesn’t matter at this stage. Things are out in the open now, the scamdemic is over. The ramifications of that are yet to be seen.

Don’t you mean that website is hosting his evidence because it’s getting censored everywhere else? What happened to playing the ball and not the player? Isn’t freedom of speech great when it’s selective?

Besides if the placebo effect can be a result of the drugs big and obviously corrupt pharma pushes, then maybe it can work for the energy healing stuff just as well? Yes I think so.

I am an RN who gives the vaccine, I have personally checked, it's not magnetic. It was one of the most moronic things I had ever heard, I only checked so I could truthfully say I did. Anyone who believes the vaccine is magnetic mind control needs their head checked.
