That's just blatent racism. European dislike for what has been done to Palestinians is based on what Israelis have done to them not on some sort of subterfuge by muslims living in Europe. There is no doubt that alot of things Israel has done to the Palestinians is utterly wrong and it also works the other way around.

I agree 100%, but you do seem to post a lot of threads about a few mindless idiots in Europe, attempting (seemingly), to paint everyone as being that way. I can tell you, as a UK and EU citizen (grudgingly, Im in favour of the EU, but not the socialist vision we're being forced into, rather an EU based on common sense and cutting beurocracy etc etc), that things are nowhere near as bad as you try to portray. The term 'never again' has more siginificance here than almost any other western society. But we do have to give these boneheads the chance to air their views. What has "israel" done besides be targets for terrorist? The "palestinians" should be in Jordan based on a UN mandate in 1948ish.

There are many things that the Israeli government has done that many people have many objections to, e.g:

Lets get things straight.

I never supported any Nazi Genocide of Jews and I think the Holocaust is really terrible! Alot of people from my country were being killed in those "Death Camps" and I really want all the Jews of world to finally Live in Peace.

Close down your borders to all people from such countries.
Don´t give A # whats going on there.
Take care about your citizens first.

Even Colin Powell is on record as saying (fairly recently) that criticism of Israeli policy is not anti-semiticism......like it needed saying such is a pathetic state of a sizable section of the US today.

Israel has a record of terrible suffering and of dishing out plenty of terrible suffering.

Europe will not ignore or blindly support the latter because of the former.

The only countries in the mid-east with a US occupation is Iraq and Afghanistan. So quit saying "the mideast people" are all comin to Europe to flee US aggression, bulldunky. They come for better opportunity and a new life.

Sure pull out of Iraq I agree, but not Afghanistan.. otherwise you'll have the AK-47 toting Taliban, forcing women out of the schools and back to oppressive religious rule again. (It's mostly control folk, smart men have always used religion to control the masses)

The Afghanistan military cleanup operation I agreed with 100% US and Britan brought the mops and cleaned up the spillage "the Taliban" some of the most dangerous people and minset in the world.

Often military is what you must resort to, the typical European chatterbox conferences do very little. They complain about Israel but who gives a hoot, Israel don't.

Like i already tried to state RedOctober i didn´t try to flame the us citizens for their leaders.
Honestly i personally think that most of the us citizens dont´care or don´t even really know whats going on with theit country and their leadership. Or they simply do nothing because they know they can´t hardly do anything. I also watchted the vote really interested and noticed the thin win Bush made.

I also fully agree on Afghanistan with you...destroying the taliban leadership was very important and the US have my greatest respect for doing this dirty work.

On the people fleeing..you are mostly right, there are lots of those who try to squeeze out everything they can get while being here in europe. That point that i tried (it was a bad try) to made is...there are conflicts around the globe. So people who are fleeing mostly try to reach some european country. It was not that bad the last few years when there was some kind of controlled flow to europe. But when the US started invading Afghanistan and Iraq something strange happend. People in other countries who were not affected started getting afraid or something and started to imigrate to europe over the last 2-3 years.
Foreign people who already lived here started pulling their whole familys here. Don´t forget the really bad war the russians fighting up their for already a few years. Also a lot of people fleeing too. So the point is: The US isn´t the cause for this problem but it pushes europes capacitys to the limit. So all that would be nice would be some US help on this issue. (I know they do...but man it just gets too much somedays) It´s a really big problem already for some countries here. Let´s just hope the bottle don´t pops off to early.

We are already pushed to the limit in terms of social welfare. Way over. They are better off in Europe because if they come to the USA they arrive with nothing, and will recieve nothing, and will have to suffer in poverty.

Isn't Europe one of the big players in getting Israel and Palestine to live together peacefully? I think that they are having much better luck at it than the US has been doing. They do seem to be a bit harsher on Israel than Palestine, but Israel is the most powerful country of the two, and they will expect more from them.

......and Europe doesn't 'do' the crazy 'end of days' so-called 'Christian' (zealot) literal Bible-believing 'end of days' loopy foolishness in every and anything related to Israel either.

When Israel acts appallingly Europe isn't such a useless friend to her that it would never say so; sadly, for some in the US, being an honest friend is not what some are interested in.
