You can see the object illuminating the clouds above it.

You can see the "tracer rounds" being shot at the object.

Since the news media didn't report on this "event", perhaps it was a military target practice which occurs from time to time? The tourists? who shot the videos were alarmed, but the residents apparently weren't.

All I'm getting are kids & dogs videos on the Imgur links?

I can find no references to UFO's by the news media in that part of the world, from August 2021 thru December 2021.

There is this video submitted to MUFON from the Black Sea area of Ukraine: www.latest-ufo-sightings.net...

But they look like flares, due to how the lights descend and then flicker out.

But u can see lights on the water thats a tourist area id assume they wouldent fire like that in a area where people could be for a training exercises

The op to the video says they normaly do training away from where people can see

In the event it is a exercises its still way outside the normal from the comments iv read

Flares are usually followed by visible smoke trails…..which are absent in this case. See first post…this page.

Added #2: Could be an huge industrial size expendable Drone for military target practice. Perhaps they are to fire getting close to the target, but not to destroy it if possible.

A tidbit….In the distance….a closely grouped set of lights can appear as one big light. At a distance, You’d find it hard to spot the actual drone behind the brightness of the light(s).

Talked to people about it video is suspicious due to no raw data after a month

We kinda concluded it's probly a training exercises and the date is a lie if the real date was revealed we would be able to see a media report on it

Tho it still is considered strange even as a training exercises that they would do it there

If it was occurirng over the city, I'd say NO WAY that's a military training exercise.

Supposedly there was an event like this that occurred over the city of Los Angeles. Just because of that location, the talk of a training exercise never occurred.

I do find it suspicious they would do that there still without the raw video we really don't know much except it's not a flair and if it was man made they didn't hit it

There are? All the videos I saw appear to have been taken from the same place.

I found that, apparently, the National Air Defense Training Center is on that general area from where the shots came from. And no, the shots were not fired in the direction of the houses, the coast follows a general North-South direction, so there's nothing in that direction.

Hotel Soleil... Is in Navodari. Directly west of it is a military air base to the north north east is the Romanian national air defence training center.

This is target practice.

Beaten to it, it could have easily been an illuminated blimp. It needn't be a flare.

Shot from the luxury apartments right next to the Soleil complex most likely putting the camera angle at facing north east, the buildings including the one with the sign align east to west.

The base/training center is about 15 miles away and so is the target from what I can tell.

That'd be a fun holiday if you timed it right.

I have been seeing these orange things outside of West Columbia in Lexington County South Carolina since May 2018. I filed a report with NUFORC and contacted The Black Vault and MUFON. I also was interviewed by Mike Trivisonno on WTAM Cleveland in May 2018 as they had a guy who filmed similar UFO's over Lake Erie. No they aren't a Chinese Lanterns. Drone? I doubt it. These things have been filmed all over the world. What I have seen seems to be headed towards the Hartwell, Georgia region. Then they simply dissipate up into space. That's up, no not over the horizon. I and several others have witnessed this. The 1st [top] pic was from a guys picture of one doing a flyby past the moon. Can you see a geometric shape.

The 1st reported sighting was before airplanes were invented. Ray surmises that these things are NOT of earthly origin

I have reviewed 100's of videos of these guys and they DO have a geometric shape. Typically a triangle but sometimes they are a [5] sided Polygon.

Oh, and if you DONT believe in God I suggest that you start as we as in humans on earth were created in his [God's] image. So why was that ever written? Think about it. Who knows what image they were created of.
