Lot of people believe Israel represents the 'chosen' people of their God. Considering the identity of that God it would be safe to assume that yes, A large portion of the world will follow. Catholic/Christian, any Theist, with the exception of Islam of course. Many other worldviews that don't ascribe to a dogmatic faith will also follow Israel simply because its practical.
