As to your question about inhaling droplets, no. Thats how the virus gets in almost all the time. For most people, (in nearly all of the autopsies
done up until summer of 2021 when I stopped reading every bit of literature on that specific subject and took a little mental break before shifting to
variants, antibody production and characterizing the immune response from the virus and the vax) they have a mild or moderate case. In those cases,
the virus doesn't go systemic. It stays in the lung.
Severe covid is spike deposition in the periphery, after the lungs lose the battle, and the CTL's destroy the infected cells, free spike then goes
systemic. This pretty much only happened to people with 4+ comorbidities and who were 80+ years of age.
On the other hand everyone who gets the shot has this situation taking place.
