I have known about the weight loss thing for quite a while. The second one about dolphins I have never heard of, but yes, it is possible it could be
true.
The third one is not totally true, it depends on the shampoo you use. The chemicals in shampoo can cause lots of health problems because they are
taken into the body through the skin. Some are harmless others are not. Along with washing away the testosterone you wash away the human squalene
which protects our skin and body from disease, the more you wash it, the more it draws more to the skin to protect it, then it causes a deficiency
where it is needed to fight disease. So it is a double edge sword, good or bad cannot just be determined by hair loss. But if you are more concerned
about your hair than your health, then go for it. Washing your hair with just water is good though, although that chloride and fluoride is not good
either. Sebum is there for a reason, it is there to protect our skin from infection. My daughter went on the water only washing of her hair for a
while and still only uses soap maybe twice a week, when she had quit the soap the health of her hair got lots better and it got way thicker and it
started to have lots of new growth. So I would have to say it depends on the shampoo you use because some shampoos do cause more hairloss than
others. Remember what hair is made of....chemistry that can be destroyed by certain soaps.
So the third part is conditional, I have way more hair than my brother does, and he washes his hair in the shower every day, I take a shower when
needed, most times I take three a week but if I get all sweaty doing work I take one a minimum of once a day, sometimes I shower two times a day, but
one time is just rinsing off usually if I just get dusty or am sweaty. Constantly washing with soap also thins skin too, It also opens the pores so
your skin breathes more and excretes the metabolics of the fat burning, carbon dioxide is not just excreted by the lungs from breakdown of fat.
