crazy train

Hey, can anyone here help me with this?
A few years ago, I ran across a website that showed pictures of strange train cars that are supposed to be execution cars. Meaning that they contain guillotine and methods of torture.
The gent who wrote the article said they were built in China to specific specifications given by our gov. He even showed pictures from the outside.
My computer crashed a few months ago and I lost EVERYthing! Any help would be appreciated.
