Quebec judge suspends unvaccinated man's visitation rights with child

Never would I have thought we'd see it come to this kind of story. Quebec is getting worse by the minute

A Quebec Superior Court judge has temporarily suspended a father's right to see his child based on evidence that the man is not vaccinated against COVID-19 and appears to oppose government anti-pandemic health measures.

In a decision published Dec. 23, Justice J. Sébastien Vaillancourt wrote that continued visitation was not in the interest of the 12-year-old child or the child's two younger half-siblings, given the state of the pandemic.

The decision states the man told the court that despite his "reservations" surrounding vaccination, he followed the rules in place and rarely left home.

This has opened pandora's box and I fear the worse is yet to come... yesterday it was health tax/fine for unvaxxed... today judges are breaking up families!!!

FFS my own family member's relative was placed in a #ING LOCKED STRAITJACKETED CELL because he was old and confused and shouting for help! All over kidney stones!!! The nurses said they couldn't understand him and he was delusional meanwhile every other normal person in the ER was saying 'he just wants to go home, this is too much'

Omicron is nothing more than a milder like a flu. Which could be. But MSM are pushing this nonsense to no ends hurting people's lives.

Shame on the Quebec judge. Health Canada declaration of the 90s says that no one in CANADA should be forced into medicine or medical treatment agaisnt their will by anyone.

As a divorced Dad, 20 years later, not being able to see my kids was the worst thing that ever happened to me in my entire adult life. Hell we are all fine even the ex and it still hurts like a bitch sometimes

The emergency measures act in Canada is the scary power govt has in Canada and Quebec
As long as they keep "renewing the state of emergency" they don't need to justify their actions

The last thing those in power want now is have accountability for these actions.... so they'll keep renewing

For something much less milder if not less deadlier looks like some in power over your province are scapegoating unvaxed for political reasons.

They arent listening to real experts nor real doctors.
Get your supplies as soon as you can in that province JT is blocking Truckers because they are refusing to get vaccinated.

No worries my friend we all adjusted, but it changed every one of us. We enjoyed the hell out of our weekends and when I did have em, we are still very close.

Just like doing something like this to kids telling them, they couldn't see a parent, sounds like somebody has weaponized parents' access to their children. Dumb ass bastards...
