I hate to read this. He and i went at it here, and other sites as well. I was really shocked to find him here, to, when i joined 15 some odd years ago.

Very sorry to hear. Thanks for posting, and providing a tribute.

I tried to link to some pdfs Steve uploaded to Facebook in an earlier post. The links don't work because it's from a private group.
