A large number of "anomalies" and potentially illegal actions have been discovered surrounding the November 2020 Presidential election, in almost every state of the union.

Some states feel that making voting LESS controlled will decrease the number of problems. For instance, in my state of Illinois, we have House Bill 1871:

HB 1871 allows HAVA funds to be used for ballot drop boxes, adds provisions related to drop boxes, permits curbside voting, and requires ballots returned without postage to be accepted.

Other states feel that making voting MORE controlled will decrease the number of problems. Here is an example from the state of Georgia:

SB 202 is an omnibus bill that makes several changes, including requiring ID to request and return absentee ballots, establishing guidelines for ballot drop boxes and giving the State Election Board more power over county election administration.

The above information is excerpted from the "National Conference of State Legislatures" website.

The URL is: www.ncsl.org...

The above website is an excellent resource for keeping up-to-date on what every state legislature is doing, or wants to do, to increase election integrity and security, using their own election/political methodology as their guide, on what changes to make.

As additional voting/election adjustments are discovered, I'll add them to this thread, and YOU are welcome to join me.

Voting is the Corner Stone of a Republic .

It's Rules and Regulations must be kept out of the hands of the Federal Government , The Federal Government already has control of how much they get paid as individuals .

Voting is the very Gate Politicians must walk through to earn there position , and giving Politicians the Keys to that Gate is the end of the America's Democracy .

Requirements such as presenting ID's , Ensuring people only vote once are Logical moves that ensure a fair system .

It depends on your definition of "fair". In Illinois, the legislature wants to eventually allow people to vote using the remote to their TV set. They want no person left behind.

As a security expert, I am extremely bothered by the chain of custody. These elections cannot be certified. It is not possible. If you follow the legal standard for evidence, which is what a vote should be following, if it went into the mail, it is thrown out. The post office does not qualify in chain of custody. PERIOD. It is not possible to have a secure election if you count mail ballots, or any other ballots without proper, verifiable, chain of custody.

Dont even get me started on the machines themselves. I was so irritated after learning about them in 2012 I did not vote because I understood my vote doe not count in the city I live in. No one could go to the polls, and they would report at least 80% turnout.

The chain of custody on the machines has been destroyed as well in some areas. Any signs of tampering at all make that entire database inadmissible.

Understanding chain of custody is at the heart of securing an election is like knowing fire is hot, water is wet. This is not arguable. I can pull out some textbooks and start posting photo's of pages that spell it out. This is basic stuff, and the news is just lying to everyone trying to quell the upset masses who already know what I just said.

They count on just enough people being ignorant, to make the people who know better feel like they are in the minority, but we are not. Tech is being used to group like minded people the owners of the tech sites and gov want to promote, and separate like minded people they do not want to have talking to each other. This is all to make the people who want to speak up powerless.

Sounds crazy, but the things I have found to be true are so crazy I had to join this conspiracy theory site just to talk about things that are factually true!

This is the Democrats grasping at straws. Pushing J6 and voter reform , i believe voter reform is the last stand. If Democrats don’t get their voter reform midterms are going to make 2010s 63 seat flip look ridiculous.

Democrats know it
Republicans know it
Voters know it

Could you imagine waking up tommorow and pasted all over MSM headlines “ Joe Manchin jumps to Republicans” !?!
After the way his fellow Democrats treated Manchin a few months ago it would be bittersweet.

Oh well , one can always dream lol

I'm still stunned that more people haven't realized that we live in a communist country at this point, not a republic.

We know there is no effective representation, there aren't any checks a balances any more and there certainly aren't any elections.

Maybe at the local level and possibly most states, but federal government is lost to us.

I'll point to health care and ordering vaccines as part of my scree

Of course, once you steal an election you want to make it impossible for anyone else to get in.

Requirements such as presenting ID's , Ensuring people only vote once are Logical moves that ensure a fair system .

both things that are done/required in almost every other country with free elections other than in the US. where racists seem to believe that some races of people are inherently incapable of even having simple and common ID. ID which is pretty much required to even live in currant society.

anyone remember the special, indelible ink that the US made all voters dip a finger into in Iraq, to insure no one could vote more than once? done to ensure a fair election. yet when it comes to the US, such measures to insure people only vote once IN the US somehow makes an election "unfair". how does that work?

sounds rather like they don't actually want fair elections. some places don't even just let non citizens vote, but even criminals, who are in the country illegally be allowed to freely vote.

i dont get the issue Republicans have with mail-in ballots, to me it seems like allowing people to vote at home relieves social pressure faced at voting places and gives them time to research candidates before voting. seems people right now are rushed to vote for whichever party dominates the area and is given no time for proper research on the other candidates.

I wonder if some NGOs are injecting conflicting and confusing "Legislation" at several State Levels in order to make the Federal Bill(s) more popular by "Default" ?

Ass Backwards Strategy works 🤓

The concept of unmanned drop boxes, where everyone anonymously can dump anyone's ballots is simply ridiculous.

It blows my mind, that this and mail in ballots are a thing.

There are zero chain of custody.
There are zero chance to asses if a vote is cast secretly, voluntarily and freely.

This is so, so fundamental to the integrity of *any* election process.

About a month before the election, I receive an analysis of all the propositions, and statements and biographies of the candidates running. Even if I didnt have a computer I could do research well in time of going to the polls.

This seems like a pretty flimsy reason to support mass vote by mail.

Quite the opposite.

Not demanding that ballots are cast in secrecy allows for social pressure (i.e. social control), threats, bribery, and blackmail to interfere with election integrity.

Heck, these two past elections where husbands and wives, parents and children, were at each other throats perfectly illustrates why no one should be put in a situation, where their right to vote in secrecy is endangered in any way.

If you give up on the fundamentals on elections to a point where you can't reasonably certify the results you might as well give up on elections altogether.

Great thread, Care!

Arizona's 2022 Senate reconvened yesterday, and many election reform bills were pre-filed, and others are forthcoming. But here's an idea of what bills are being proposed and considered in Arizona:

How We Might Vote if Arizona Lawmakers' Election Bill Wish List Comes True

...$5 million to stand up a new state governmental entity, a Bureau of Elections through SB 1027. The sole purpose of this bureau would be to investigate any allegations of fraud in local, county, or state elections.

...make primary and general election days paid holidays for all workers in Arizona... could increase voter participation.

... prohibit any drive-up voting process for everyone who is not disabled and protected by the federal Americans with Disabilities Act law for reasonable accommodations.

...require contractors to sell paper ballots with watermarked, holographic designs with thermochromic or photochromic inks with stealth numbering in ultraviolet, infrared, or taggant inks with a unique bar code that tracks the ballot through the whole process.

...a similar bill...[in the AZ House of Reps]...would require paper ballots to have holographic foil and many other measures like ultraviolet microtext to prevent potential ballot tampering.

...all voter ballots once cast during an election to become public records with digital images searchable online...

...mandate the Arizona Secretary of State's office to provide access to a statewide voter registration database during any election integrity auditchange the margin of victory for a recount during an election from one-tenth of one percent (or 200 votes or fewer) to one-half of one percent of the total votes for the two most popular candidates...

...designate a committee to review election equipment security and deliver post-election reports to the legislature.

...penalize any contractors who fail to perform on election-related contracts to face misdemeanor charges on top of monetary damages...

...anyone who misplaced a voter's ballot could face misdemeanor charges in SB 1056. If that ballot is misplaced and can't be counted in that election, the voter can file an action for damages against the election administers for the loss of their right to vote.

Keeping in mind that the laws -- if/when passed -- cannot take effect until a designated amount of time has passed after the Senate session closes. Hopefully, this will not be a problem, and the laws passed will be in effect for the 2022 elections, including the primaries in September.
