Its interesting how the anti vaxxs accuse the vaxxs of appealing to authority (recent thread about that in this forum), yet this Dr says something the
anti vaxxs want to hear and suddenly appealing to authority is fine. But you dont really go and talk about the rest of the video post 'science isnt
strong enough' comment.
He even says his natural immunity is equivilant to someone that is vaxx'd yet goes on to say that the vaxx'd would need boosters every 2 months, so if
his immunity is equivalent to the vaccine, then his own natural immunity would require boosting on a similar level of time yet he's not into the
mandate? He also agrees there are other views and appears to be only one of 2, out many in his workplace with those views so he's clearly in the
minority about it among his colleagues.
Its funny how when the length of natural immunity was questioned the Dr just shrug as if to say 'well yeah, but'. Hes also not questioning the
vaccines effectivness (as his natural is equiv to vaccine statement clearly shows) he's appears more concerned about the ability to provide constant
boosters when required which is the primary concern some in the profession have most issue with as inability to keep up would cause a disruption of
the health system as bad as having an influx of covid patiences. By that im primarily saying you cant be an anti vaxxer using this guys statements
about the mandate as an attack on vaccines when he clearly appears to believe vaccines work.
Also, the interviewer was wholly correct in his last statement about taking advice from someone who are vaccine experts, because just because a person
has the word 'Dr' before their name doesnt mean they are a Dr in everything related to medicine, you wouldnt go to a heart surgeon to get your brain
tumor removed, you wouldnt go to an eye nose and throat doctor to get your chronic STD treated. You wouldnt go to an ICU doctor to get advice on
immunology and vaccines, that aint his 'department' and compared to someone whos job it is to specialise in Immunology his knowledge on the subject
would be much much lower, thats literally like talking to the front end staff of a supermarket about which bread would you recommend from the
Bakery.
Also, also just because a person has the word Dr next to it doesnt mean they are even right (and im not questioning this Dr specifically he seems a
clear headed guy for the most part) after all you have young earth creationist Dr, Dr who support far out new age treatments, TV Dr, Dr who like
Stella Immanuel who believes in Demon Sperm... she still got and did med school to get the title Dr and clearly practices but is clearly two chips
short of a packet of crisps. With that im saying the hypocrisy of the anti vaxxs to come running to medicine when it suits them and ties in with their
views (regardless of the validity), but denounce it when it doesnt.
Also, just to add its Sky News, the other other Fox news. Made me laugh when I saw the little link bellow the video saying 'Why you can trust Sky
news' made me laugh out loud they twist everything so far right they almost break the threading. And yes im attacking the source, the videos fine, but
how Sky has presented it is pretty blatant although they did end it on in my opinion a balanced note.
