I guess we say " across the board ", well here in this country now prices are now going up

Price increase now on I guess everything. On the news tonight. I think is how it works in this country.
Ex. 100 grams of chips was 100 yen , now we pay 60 yen ( 60 cents ) for 52 grams of chips.
I can go on more, but the fact is prices are driving the elderly to shoplift these days. In this country the security people go to other stores daily so the pros don't know who they are ( security ). When an elderly gets caught, the police are called and then the family members are located and brought to the store or police station and pay the fine or go to jail. Even the family member here can go to jail if the fine is not paid. This country is NOT like America.

I hope you’re being sarcastic . It’s not temporary . Crashing the economy and starting a one world government with the promises of food and peace . But it won’t be like that . It’ll be a totalitarian state and it’s coming quick so tell everyone you can.

as OP mentioned, some companies are selling smaller packages for the same price.

I don't understand the technical stuff but apparently Washington is printing money to pay for everything, and when they do that the money is worth less, hence inflation.
and they drag a lot of other countries down with them.

we have a leftist President and a leftist Congress and they seem to be in a spending contest. these leftist idiots do not understand the concept of don't spend money you don't have. they seem to think the US taxpayer can produce infinite wealth.

the fixed-income people, esp elderly and retirees, are the worst hit.
crossing my fingers we get a new Congress next year.
