I am no expert in any of this

Obviously.

Your statement about Tesla claiming that "everything is a frequency" is the first indicator. Nikola Tesla did not claim such. He claimed that everything had a resonant frequency... a completely different thing than saying everything is a frequency. There are quantum theories that say all matter is a standing wave, but that is a moot point unless that wave is released. In any case, the frequency of a meson particle would be orders of magnitude higher than we can use.

You also give three examples of how to stop an arrow, but you should understand that an arrow is made of matter. EM waves are made of energy, which works differently than matter. True, it is possible to stop an arrow in flight with an opposing arrow in flight, but energy doesn't work like that. If you intercept one wave with a second wave in the opposite direction, all you get is wave interference at the point of intersection. Each wave will then continue on unabated. Think of meeting another car at night; do your headlights block the oncoming car's lights? No, because energy cannot stop energy like matter can stop matter.

It is possible, if the frequency is matched and the phase is shifted 180 degrees, that the waves can be nullified at the point where they intersect. that is what bobs_uruncle and I are discussing, and it is quite complex to do. It certainly cannot be accomplished by a passive device.

Your second example is a shield, but a shield must be between the source and the target. If you have on a helmet, does it prevent you from being shot in the leg? Of course not! So a small sticker on your phone will offer no real protection. Especially if your phone remains operational, that is evidence that the device is not substantially blocking EM radiation. It is were truly blocked, your phone could not communicate with the towers and could not be used.

Your third example is akin to exactly what a Faraday cage does. A Faraday cage diverts electrical/magnetic fields around whatever is inside the cage by giving the energy an easier path to follow.

I am an expert in this field. And I'm telling you, your conclusions are baseless.

My reports and papers are with the NRC. I had to file progress reports monthly. Whether or not that stands, who knows, the government doesn't like me much. Doesn't matter, I don't like them much either.

/rant
But seriously, with 11 national security statutes on my CSIS file, external affairs refusing to release information on me because the cdn admin consul almost got my entire family killed through his negligence or malice (long story, I had to use fake ID to get out of Africa in 1990 to avoid being killed, after Adrian Brazeau screwed the pooch on me). I expect my whistleblowing on a government minister and university embroiled in a $150 million tax and public funds fraud doesn't help either. Everybody ended up with permanent injunctions to protect the criminals, cause we couldn't have that new government scandal now, could we? I even called out the CRA for hiding the criminal activity, the RCMP wouldn't even touch it with 527 pages of evidence and this was back in the mid/late 90's when they were a little less corrupt than now.

I might only still be alive because I know where the "bodies" are buried, a rather colloquial term for having all the evidence for the assassinations, planes exploding, weapons deals, account numbers/names/kickbacks, etc. and I did of course document it all and place multiple copies around ;-) I have a rather "unusual" history from the 80's when I worked for the military and counterintelligence in weapons R&D, deployments and field "operations." We all have a past, right?
/end rant

I am old now anyway, so it really doesn't matter that much anymore.

Cheers - Dave

What does the Nuclear Regulatory Commission have to do with your work on EM waves?

When we have so many alphabet agencies that they have to start sharing abbreviations, we have too many alphabet agencies.

And I have done work for a lot of them lol. Alphabet agencies I know.... NRC, DARPA, DHS, SDI, QMG, SADF, DND, DOD, CCA, ORF, ORDCF, CI, MI

What I found was that when an organ becomes dysfunctional, it emits a low amplitude carrier-like wave

Really? That's something I have never heard of before,

RRR (Rife) documented thousands of resonant frequencies of different bacteria and viruses (that is how ke killed/destroyed them, like shattering a glass with a certain frequency)...

What? Makes no sense at all. Em radiation can kill bacteria and viruses regardless of resonance. I frequently use UV light in clean rooms can use microwave for equipment. sounds to me like you wasted your time when finding a frequency to kill them isnt hard. If your relying on vibrations to kill them that is how microwaves work we invented that decades ago. Is there a paper involved because i dont think your explaining it right.

OP this is not how 5G and EM radiation works.
You've scammed yourself. Those things wont do a damn thing to protect you from background radiation used by 5G

Rife wasn't using EMFs, he was using harmonic frequencies.

Rife didn't use UV radiation... UV radiation can't penetrate the human body. He used EM radiation.

The frequency issue is that he used two different frequencies. In Rife's day, electronics was still in its infancy. We could build high-power, high-frequency transmitters (like for a radio carrier wave), but adjusting the frequency once it was set was extraordinarily difficult. Rife thus used a transmitter and modulated the carrier wave with an audio frequency; this gave him the equivalent of a variable signal (the frequencies add and subtract in that configuration) by varying the audio modulator instead of the high frequency carrier.

Both frequencies, the frequency of the transmitter and the audio frequency must be used together. If either is off, the device will not work. That's why the Rife machine has a reputation for being a scam: most of the ones you can buy only use audio frequencies and so do not work.

It's a completely different concept from using UV light. As for papers, I believe there are some on the Internet... just google Raymond Royal Rife and you should get plenty of hits to choose from.

He did use harmonics (as I explained above), but they were still EMF. I have a hypothesis that the magnetic portion of the waves was the active portion, and MMF can be created more efficiently than EMF.

In order to work on this, however, one must first have a operating Rife Machine using EMF that produces results. Then additional experiments can be performed using MMF instead of EMF to verify the results are similar. I had mistakenly thought bobs_uruncle had said he had the equivalent of a Rife machine that worked; if so, it would be a simple matter to try and substitute MMF for EMF and verify how well the MMF worked. For me, especially since I am loathe to mess with anything medical, that would be a chore. It would have been easy for him had I not misunderstood.

But, alas, I suppose this will have to wait until someone else comes along. I have too many projects in process already; I'll likely never have tome to complete an MMF-based Rife machine equivalent.

Well, they were RF, which, yes, are technically EMFs, but if you read the details of how his generator worked, it is obvious it is the frequency that is the critical aspect used to target and destroy individual organisms - and he identified thousands of these, as each organism had a different harmonic frequency.

Speaking purely hypothetically, the frequency of living organism would depend on its composition, density and volume.

Unfortunately, most organisms are make largely of water, so you'd need to find the resonant frequency of water set the correct amplitude for the volume and density of the organism. This would be a narrow range of frequencies and an amplitude in proportion to the organism's size. Meaning that anybody who claimed that there was a large range of unique frequencies for each organism is instantly debunked.

I saw a thread about electronic warfare devices being used to manipulate people's mental and physical state's, this morning, but it has since been deleted.

Can any of you mods at ATS tell me why?

It's not because this stuff is super secret and would piss people off if they found out about it, is it?

Here's an article I found this morning on the subject. At least I can share it here, for now at least.

www.theguardian.com...

ortable microwave weapons capable of causing the mysterious spate of “Havana Syndrome” brain injuries in US diplomats and spies have been developed by several countries in recent years, according to leading American experts in the field.
