Thank you The doctor told me that but I had forgotten the term he used but he clarified that is was called Broadcasting ear.

I have Fibromyalgia was diagnosed a few years ago.

I am on a keto diet for 6 months now but no change in my ears yet.

Sugar intake minimized already.

I have a Theory it could be linked to Coffeemate. If I drink black coffee the volume does lower but it does not go away.

in that it would be nothing more than antiseptic my ears are not infected.

I found this interesting

Spontaneous otoacoustic emissions (SOAE)s are sounds that are emitted from the ear without external stimulation and are measurable with sensitive microphones in the external ear canal. At least one SOAE can be detected in approximately 35–50% of the population. The sounds are frequency-stable between 500 Hz and 4,500 Hz to have unstable volumes between -30 dB SPL and +10 dB SPL. The majority of the people are unaware of their SOAEs; portions of 1–9% however perceive a SOAE as an annoying tinnitus.

Seems the only way to stop it is to block the inner ear but that would result in deafness.
