I've been trawling on ats for the last almost 15 years because i love a good conspiracy. Getting to know the opinions and breaking headline responses.
I dont really buy into much of it, for me it seems mostly distraction.
Then BAM 2019 happens and you are right....most people i thought as normal are spouting all sorts of bat # crazy theory and agendas.
Its one thing to discuss these things online, completely different when family members are talking like they exist in another reality.
I enjoy the debate, but i find all too often people dont want to debate...they have their minds fixed on the conspiracy and refute the facts.
Rough times ahead i reckon

And what's your opinion on it? Why did you bother to make a thread about it?
I honestly couldn't care less what some random stranger glues to their face or not. But I assume you wanted to discuss something, I just can't figure what that might be.

Are you referring to a certain group of “urban” people buying all the toilet paper and then reselling it at Ben and jack offs buy and sell? Yeah happened in my city, they pawn meat products too 😀

To the OP, I think you definitely have raised a valid point with the thread.
Where there is fear and gullibility, manipulation is most easily applied.
The Narrative reminds you to pay no attention that stringent guidelines requiring proof of vaccination/negative testing are in place for air travelers to U.S., and that the first case of Omicron was brought into the country from a fully vaccinated individual.
The Narrative desperately requires that the plebes fear COVID-19 (even into 2022) for the restrictions, windfall ca$h cows of PPE, testing, and most importantly (Nx Pfizer to the moon!) the vaccines to continue.
All this MUST continue indefinitely.
It's for your health and safety, you understand.
If you question The Narrative, YOU are considered the irrational one, not the human prophylactic flopped in a Xanax-induced daze in seat B-6.
So yes, I'm going to go ahead and acknowledge the theme of your thread, which is that yes, we are living in some type of upside down clown world.

What happens when there are so few of us who couldn't care less that we're like the only horse in the stampeding herd who sees the cliff and tries to turn and run the other way only to be carried on-off by the sheer force of his panicked fellows?

I would say, based on the images in your OP (seems like the 'quote' function is broken again? it hasn't worked about three or four times for me now)...
The new normal people are like the old conspiracy theorists, according to the template H*llywood wanted you to embrace.

This isn't a Great Reset, it's the Great Inversion - a process begun at least under Obama but went in to full effect in2020. The truth is now vilified to make lies easier to spread. I find the picture of the overdressed and overstressed woman truly sad and even worse representative of much of the mindset of the public. Imagine someone sky diving but doing it from inside a clear plastic bubble just in case their parachute doesn;t open. Extra layer of security that prevents their chute from actually deploying. This is the state of logic going around today.

Why the need to emphasize 'I do value your opinion'? You said it in both posts.
I come in peace. You're one of the few interesting folks here. We don't have to agree to enjoy a talk, do we?
After reading the tendency of the conversation in this thread one sure can hope more suckers would be like conspiracy theorists. The question everything part.
The obsessing over it and occassional leaps, to give the theory of choice some shine of coherency, society as a whole seems to have down like real pros.
So this thread is a breath of fresh air, if we're honest.
