It just feels like a never-ending cycle of problems and I hate to go on about it (as I know everyone else has their own problems to deal with) so I tend not to post when I'm feeling like this.

Ditto here. The never ending part is on point.
We could both use a "Good Luck Dragon" where is Falcor when you need him? My Angel will have to suffice.

We used to feed them earth worms.

On thinking this thought, it has been years since I have seen an earth worm. Anyone else noticed their demise.

Glad you enjoyed my prose. I too miss people writing in here.

A lovely sunny day and I'm sipping my french vanilla coffee. So strange to look out my window and see all the trees that were cut down months ago. Our tree was my friend since birth and I miss it so much. There are still trees in other yards, but...not the same.

I had a sprained wrist and it's still healing. Nothing exciting going on. Now I'm hungry. Think I'll have the pixies and dragons cook up a storm for everyone here. We can dine outside with the flowers, birds and butterflies.

Sun baby, what a sweet and lovely name for them. I didn't know they ate carrots. I love lizards and used to have crested geckos. They felt soft and velvety.
