Lets revisit some of the classic ATS topics there have been so many it's hard to remember them all, I do know 9/11 really is what got me to finally sign up, log in, and begin to post. BP OIL was huge, Katrina, etc. I'd like to go back and read some of my old threads and see where I was right or if I was wrong most of the time.

Aliens definitely were a big draw to me from ATS, certainly remember reading about this on ATS, it's ironic now that this has pretty much been totally debunked.

In fact, it seems to me there is a concentrated effort to debunk, it seems we believe in the potential for aliens less than we did in the '80s and '90s.

We may have been much less political then... from the archive circa early 2003

Grey Aliens Killed 60 US Soldiers And Civilians In Underground Battle In New Mexico

American engineer Philip Schneider was born on April 23, 1947. He is known as a person who worked for many years in collaboration with special services of the United States, had access to information of the 3rd level of secrecy, but at some point decided that people should know that they are kept in ignorance or are grossly deceived about everything happening to UFOs and aliens.

Few people had taken the stories of Phil Schneider seriously until he was found dead. At the same time, the circumstances of his death indicated that Phil had been brutally dealt with.

Chemtrails, Anunakki, Project MKULTRA, Project Bluebird, HAARP, Norwegian spiral, fake alien invasions using sky projections and or holograms, fluoride in the water to make us docile and complacent, high speed underground railways with Denver International Airport being one known access point. Hmmm. I should save a few for the rest.

Moon and Mars structures and anomalies and Niburu brought me here to begin with.

Also the Large Hadron Collider and the creation of a black hole intrigued me.

Well, it went from aliens to illegal aliens and that evolved to politics since those illegals were not treated properly at the borders. The extraterrestrial Aliens monitored all this and figured they would stay away from our civilization, so we are not hearing as much about real alien visits anymore. They are afraid of being locked in cages.

Damn, I don't remember that one. I'll have to search, but over the years sometimes Id be on here every day but there's been times id skip weeks and months.

I really enjoyed the John Tutor threads were all over the 911 and jet fuel, simulations, but when the holograms and beam weapons started, now it was probably just dis-info.

Bigfoot and cryptids were always a guilty pleasure, spent a lot of time here when the stabilized film of Patty came out

That is probably my favorite aspect of ATS that's gone away somewhat, used to we could discuss anything declare your opinion, and could mostly have a civil discussion.

I know I was pretty skeptical about the 9/11 jet fuel that can generate enough heat till you see it covered here over and over. It was where the percentage of quality posts was in the 80% range, both sides had legit arguments and argued them clearly but mostly civilly.

The problem now is I have to force myself to listen to the opposing side sometimes, I used to never be that way, and honestly, I don't like it and Im trying to change

Gotta give a shout out to Blossom Goodchild and the Galactic Federation of Light. They're gonna land at the White House any day now and save us all.

Ever consider that maybe that was by design??

Anyways, i really enjoyed John Titor. Area 51, China lake and reptilians were what brought me to ats.

Like the thread idea, fun.
But UFO's haven't been debunked, far from it. Between Navy evidence officially presented to the public, and different militaries around the world releasing documents, it's become more credible than ever. Even if this wasn't the case, there is tons of credible witness accounts, a multitude of evidence, and reports of such events throughout human history.

As for ATS threads, yeah 9-11 and UFO coverups had a lot to do with me coming here. The original ATS site kept popping up in multiple Google searches on interesting topics, so after a while I thought I'd might as well make an account lol

Shadow People, Men In Black, Chemtrails, John Titor, Annunaki, 2012, just a few more that had me interested... NWO was just starting to break through into the conversation... There was a lot of less stressful but super interesting stuff going on back then. Hardly any politics getting discussed when I first joined.

I forgot probably my favorite topic of all time, which I gained an interest in going back to around the 5th grade back in the 80’s, Humanoid sightings.
I had a book as a young kid that covered this subject, with illustrations, I was fascinated by it. It was one of the first topics I probably found on ATS, along with the UFO and 9/11 topics which had me lurking here somewhere around 2001-2002. Don’t hear too much about Humanoid sightings anymore, seemed to have had its peak in the 70s-80’s.

What's going on at Yellowstone?

That one kept me visiting the site for months after I first discovered it.

As for what happened to the "msyterious" threads, the answer is that the thread posters lost heart after the fiasco of 2012.
The number of posts per hour and new threads a week went down drastically over the following six months.
