We cannot get a name due to defendent being a minor. We cannot assume thebsurname of the uncle because the mother likely has a married name. Also, i cannot do a broad search using 2007 as a birtdate because the fields at wcca.wicourts.gov... require an actual birth date.

A social media deep search starting at the uncle may be the only lead to find the name and bday of the child , but i am not connected to any such private services to begin such an undertaking.

It would only require to search through posts of the mayoral candidate tonfindnall his siblings and then search those for a 14 uear old male that fits the description.

Perhaps this entire alleged incident is a deep fake fabrication, but to what end i could not say. With the right tools i could easily track this kid down through social media as i am certain unlike myself, that entire family , assuming its a valid story, is connected online.

The uncles name is Cavalier Johnson if anyone wants to take a crack at it. Without an account i cant do a search for these folks, but find me the link to that fella, and i got folks who are logged on and we can track it down.

Probably find the sibling parent of suspect within 30 mintues once i get started. Find me a social media Link to Cavaliers Johnson and. I will do my best. Chances are though, i am starting to wonder if this Store is an AI generated deep fake.

Ah, I forgot about that, sorry. I knew, and just wasn't thinking.

I know of no way to find any kind of information about minors in Wisconsin, one of the more protective sets of laws and procedures that I've ever seen.

I have a couple old friends that I think still work for what started as a crime blog there, I'll reach out to see if they know anything.

How about we just discuss how screwed up the US is if we have a 14y/o doing this. It is not the first time either. BLM and other groups put down the police when they should be a true community organization and help these kids.

They need guidance.

The crime blog I was referring to has been purchased by the local leftist paper, who fired all it's existing employees.

One of those sent a portion of a public article from his new employer in response to my request.

It does seem to answer some questions that have been posted here.

We asked Waukesha County District Attorney Sue Opper whether she plans to charge the teenager as an adult, as the law allows. She responded, “I cannot comment on this case. Please contact the Juvenile Court for permission to obtain any charging documents or petitions that have been filed.”
Waukesha police have been extremely tight-lipped about the incident, saying the community doesn’t need “more bad news.”

The suspect, who according to sources, recently moved to Waukesha from Milwaukee, WRN has learned. “He has looked up to his uncle who is in politics his whole entire life inspiring to be just like him,” the boy’s mother wrote on Facebook on Dec. 5, trying to raise money through a cash app for his defense. The boy is friends with the mayoral candidate on Facebook.

“My son came into a group of young men who he thought were his friends and talked him into doing something that he should’ve had a mind-frame strong enough to know it was a terrible decision and now the county is declared him a menace to society,” she wrote. (There is no evidence of other suspects, despite the mother’s comments.)

A person who witnessed what happened said the suspect “walked up to the book drop. As soon as she stopped at the book drop, he turned. He was at her car window for about a minute. He made her get into the passenger seat.” He was alone. People had seen him walking around the area for about a week, the source, who did not want to be identified, told WRN.

Sources tell WRN that the suspect took the woman at knifepoint from the book return area of the library on Tuesday Nov. 30, 2021, and forced her back to her car.  The suspect drove around while forcing the woman to perform sex acts on him.

We have his name but are not publishing it until he is charged. It is yet to be seen whether he will be charged as an adult; nothing comes up in CCAP under his name.
