Time=movement

I have an idea that time isn't another dimension as such but merely movement through the 3 dimensions that we can perceive.For example:

We tell time using clocks and we perceive time as the movement of the hands on a clock face. So imagine 1 atom that had no movement at all no vibration nothing. Would that require it to not exist in our universe?

Also the only thing that's different between now and the past is the arrangemnt of matter in the universe.

So another point that would arise from this is that if time stopped then all movement would stop but im not sure if energy would fit into my theory.

As a result of my idea it would mean that if you could stop all movement but somehow isolate yourself then you could effectively to everyone elses point of view move to anywhere in the universe instantly.


Sorry if this doesn't make sense but im not really very good in organising my ideas into sentences that make sense. nd if this has been posted before once again sorry.

Movement is things positioned differently to each other, at two points in time.

Time IS another dimension, you cant have movement as a measurement of time, since objects can be at at the same place, at different time-points. You cant have two different placements of object, at one time-point. Its impossible without having a fourth space-dimension!
