Jussie Smollett Received Heads Up Text From Don Lemon During Investigation

Jussie Smollett, on trial for allegedly staging a hate crime against himself, testified Monday that he had correspondence with CNN's Don Lemon during the early parts of the Chicago Police Department’s (CPD) investigation into the incident.

Smollett, 39, testified that he received a text from Lemon, supposedly relaying information that the CPD didn’t believe Smollett's account of what happened, Fox News’ Matt Finn reported from the Windy City courthouse.

Lemon told his viewers at the time that the story was "personal" since he and Smollett had been acquaintances and were in constant communication since the alleged incident and that Smollett told Lemon what he said had happened to him, which he admitted raised lots of questions.

"He even lied to a lot of people… including me. And that’s not cool," Lemon said to his viewers. "He squandered the good will of very high-profile people who one day may be running this country like Kamala Harris and Cory Booker and people like President Trump."

Meanwhile, Lemon is still facing another scandal.

So far, CNN is standing by Lemon, similar to how the network backed its former anchor Chris Cuomo until revelations from the New York Attorney General's office forced them to take action.

An american journalist named Kia broke the story on her info/tainment website as did millions of others. Asked her if she actually believed any of that garbage she printed about the maga attackers. She deferred to the pending investigation but anyone without a full frontal tmz lobotomy should have been able to call this a scam.

Kia is a black reporter and she has given smollette a voice to spread his lies from day one. Love her dearly but hope she doesn't soft peddle what he did. In Canada that fraud smollette was promoted as a hero in black, gay and mainstream news. A real trial requires real reporting

It seems ever man is a sexual predator in the eyes of the left. That is their go to in every case when they decide a person is no longer needed and so canceling them is the next step. It is an un-defendable position as we must believe 100% whatever anyone says.

The question we have to ask ourselves is if the people in control of our national narrative want what the last 5 years has given us. Im sure they feel nervous about the well armed American populace getting more and more itchy about what they see happening around them, and the outright gaslighting going on about it.

CNN's current incarnation was burned to fight Trump. They are going to have to do something, as will a few other places. MSNBC can remain insane. Thats their niche. But without a less insane option, they are leaving the playing field wide open for conservative media to take over the TV airwaves unchallenged.

I think there is going to be a huge conservative pushback in culture and business in the years and decades ahead. I think many conservatives have realized the massive mistake in allowing the Left to dominate society on every level, especially in media. And many Left-leaning people are either turning Right or are otherwise disillusioned with the current extremist Left and are sympathetic to the Right. A lot of moderates are definitely leaning Right in elections lately.
