I know everyone's going to expect me to name one Star Trek show or another as my favorite, but honestly, it's a coin toss between Farscape & Futurama for me.

Star Trek is kind of a given for everyone. Sort of like if the question was, "What is your favorite activity?" Most people wouldn't say "Breathing", but it's still at the top of everyone's list.

Recently, I've bought the complete series DVDs for Leverage, Burn Notice, and The Librarians. It's like comfort food on TV. It's probably making my brain flabby.

Don't be ashamed.

GoT was absolutely one of the best shows on television, until the show runners got bored and the actors thought they could parlay their roles into more lucrative gigs.

And with good reason. I don't care if it is Miami, if you're going to wear a jacket, put on some socks!

And get off my lawn!

I rented and rocked,a Miami Vice branded tuxedo with tails and a pastel purple cumberbund to an eighth grade social when I was in the seventh grade..

Yeah thats a humble brag and an admission of my dorkiness in one statement..

I have far far too many. I am a streaming addict. You have listed many I absolutely love and miss.
Right now, my favorites are Succession - and I follow the discussion/analysis of it on Reddit and the new spinoff of Dexter.

I had to start Succession 3 times before it finally stuck for me...then I was glued to it....and binged it far too fast. Participating in the analysis of it on Reddit helped slow it down a wee bit - but that did not start for me until Season 3....and it is fascinating doing that.

If you are a Gotham fan, check out "Pennyworth", also co-created by Bruno heller.

I don't think TV gets much better than the following

Deadwood

Six Feet Under (often considered to have one of the best final episodes of any show)

Breaking Bad

Outside of those I don't think you can go wrong with the following

BSG (2004-2007)
The Sopranos
Supernatural (minus the last two episodes because they never happened for most of the SPN family)

Many have been listed I like so here are fresh ones

Cowboy Bebop!

Lost in Space ...Not the most demanding to watch but it's one of these that just enthrall and characters are pretty easy to predict. Also Molly Parker does a great job, she's the perfect actoress for the role she plays

The best series ever is Preacher. Since I saw that everything seems... bland.

I enjoyed the first season but lost interest, never seemed to really go anywhere and the storylines just got more and more bizarre.

I love Batman material as well, and definitely for live-action Gotham takes the cake. The ending of the series was well done, too, which isn't always the case for such popular shows. I also really like Batman TAS. Great voice actors and great story-telling.

I'll check that out. I didn't think I'd like a show that wasn't about Batman that was set in the same universe, but since Gotham changed my mind, Pennyworth might as well, thanks. I also want check out The Resident Alien, the show of course ah ha.

Well bizarre fits, but that's what I enjoyed so much. And the story is as old as mankind 'where did God go?' It's almost a commentary on the difficulties of Christianity, life and the search of meaning and fate. You either get it or you don't, I guess.
It's the bomb
