thank you for your kind advice, but i just don't get the supposed nuclear poisoning coming from spent fuel. it seems any real terrorist (or government) can turn almost any nuclear reactor installation into a fallout bomb.

Terrorists can do even worse from bsl4 labs or any chemical factory.

The answer is to secure our borders, secure our nuke waste, and prosecute and/or kill any wannabe wmd terrorist.
