It just is.

Was a court needed to know that 2+2=4 or that carbon is the sixth element, or that the sky is blue?

I know it can be hard to know what's true living in clown world and all, but most of the time courts aren't needed.

So far it's been claimed that an algorithm was found to be used to switch votes, and ballot swapping took place after the election so that the paper ballot count would match.

Over 400,000 ballots claimed to be inserted with over 90% of them being for Biden.

Claim that Trump won Maricopa county 59% to 41%.

Sharpie Gate was human engineered.

Computer generated imperfect ovals reconfirmed.

Only 10,500 counterfeit ballots reportedly used across the county, but he didn't show the actual evidence they found. The initial report claimed that many ballots were missing MIC marks and had a paper curl indicating likely coming from a foreign printing company. Maybe those are the ballots that were flown in from South Korea after the election, as claimed by Scott Koch.

Over 200,000 ballots changed during adjudication by AI.

Over 200,000 phantom voters on the roles.

Almost 10,000 dead match voters.

Over 30,000 duplicate voters.

Massive issues across the election, massive neglect for the law, evidence of massive election fraud.

Although the postal service records images of all it's mail and retains them for 6. This was changed to 30 days right before the election and changed back to 6 years after all the election mail images were deleted after the 30 days.

Jovan says that the federal government has a $1.7 trillion dark money slush fund to work with. What's a few billion to control a few thousand people, when control of over a trillion dollars is at stake?

We keep circling back to the same tired old arguments, which should never be arguments in the first place. Maybe Rudy, Jenna, Sydney, John, Mypillow et al. should have presented this "evidence" in court instead of asserting "this isn't a fraud case" ad nauseum....

It's like George Foreman vs. Muhammad Ali. If you can trick the aggrieved party into throwing too many punches, you can tire them out.

Being aware that fraud occurs, and knowing how it occurred, or having specific evidence of its occurrence are different things. The courts don't like it when you show up with an accusation, but can't say how the crime was committed, or produce evidence for a specific theory.

So the Ninjas pick through it with a lice comb, gathering every irregularity they can see. But we already know elections aren't perfect: there will be irregularities. So most of their evidence isn't proof of intent. Some of it is, but you can't just shovel pile of irregularities in front of the court and expect a jury to sort it out. That's not specific.

Our approach needs a little bit more precision. A separate, concise, filing for each type of evidence.

Naturally I am the most convinced by the findings of Tesla Labs, and the Ghost voters on the registry.

There's only so much information that can be fit into 45 minutes and an additional hour of questions and answers.

The preliminary report that was initially withheld from the public, was recently released and gives a lot more details. It can be found here:

I expect an updated version of this to be released before too long. They are still investigating things, so it may be a while before the final report is released. The preliminary report has details like, the counterfeit ballots that were found, had no MIC marks and paper that indicated a single source that was likely overseas. Could these 10,400 some counterfeit ballots that were reported yesterday, be the same ballots that Scott Koch claimed, on a recording that Staci Burke made that is also online, to be a part of having flown into Arizona just after the election?
