But remember muscles put on weight as well.
If you have been weight training any extra kilos might not be just bad fat.
You could be building muscle!
Speaking as a guy, it can be confusing training at first, when putting on muscle.
On the one hand, you really don't want to see that scale going up, but you know if you want to look a bit masculine and imposing - muscle doesn't come
from air.
