Earlier today, Joe Biden told the press at the G20 meeting that he had to do as he was told. (As he has stated at least 3 times back here at home.)

I literally busted up the first time I heard him come off that way.

If you think electric cars are the answer then by one , drive 200 miles and stop for a long time to recharge it . Should take about three weeks to drive from New York to L.A.

But the referencing gas prices to a year ago is a bit loaded. Prices were shot from the OPEC fight and COVID.

What percentage of price increases do people seriously attribute to sitting president vs outside factors, I'm curious. Question open to any and everybody.

I doubt it has much to do with Biden, we do little refining anymore, so at the mercy of the market, and a lot of tax. We probably have the highest fuel prices in North America.

Look at US oil production, and compare it with US oil consumption. That is all you need to do.

It makes economic sense to buy it from elsewhere while it is relatively cheap, and to hoard national reserves for the future.

The US comes in at 14th place. Nigeria has more oil reserves than the US.
