He is holding it with both hands, primarily in left with assist on right. He is looking at a glancing angle to the note holes on the harp. If you play at a gig where food is around, you check out the reed openings so there is not a piece of food stuck in one or more.

so i guess food getting stuck in a mouth interment is not implausible
