Pure Evil

The End Times, are we in them? There is so much speculation, discussion and of course fighting about it.
Is The Evil One here and working on us? The reason I bring this up and ask this question is because of a dream I had a few weeks ago.
I don’t remember much but suddenly there was a face right in front of me.

It’s weird because somehow I knew I was dreaming but at the same time I had an overwhelming sense of dread and fear. It’s hard to explain but I knew Pure Evil was staring me in the eyes and they were very close. I could see this long, thin dark face with what I can only describe as an evil grin. What really got me was the eyes though, the eyelids went up and down with slits for pupils but it’s the color of those eyes I can’t describe other than to say it was like looking at a dark kaleidoscope that was trying to draw me in. The fear I felt was all too real and it felt like it was trying to talk to me and I turned away. I turned and took a step and poof it was over. As I said I somehow knew I was dreaming, it’s so weird.

The last thing I remember was feeling of anger coming from it as I turned away. A seething feeling, a pure hatred like it was furious I turned away. I will never forget those eyes, never. I find myself seeing them in my minds eye several times a day ever since. Never in my life has a dream affected me like this, never.

What do you think? Was I confronted by a demon or maybe the evil one itself? Anyone ever have such a dream? In my dream I knew it was real. It’s so weird and truthfully I’m really creeped out over this.

I have never had a dream disturb me as much as this except for the time when I dreamt that somebody was kidnapping my daughter and as I chased them in my truck I got T-boned at an intersection hand as I sat there watching the van turned a corner up at the top of the hill and I knew she was gone and I sat straight up in bed.

This was different though, a different kind of terror that I just knew I had to get away from.
Anyone ever experience this???

Don't do it Dude*. If you focus on evil you're giving it power. Imagine your thoughts as little generators they create energy that's not electro-magnetic.
Be aware of your surroundings but only peripheral. Peri: around about and pherein to carry, funny right? Now it means only on the edges.
Unless you want to stir the pot? If so: carry on.

I get nightmares quite regularly and occasionally night terrors. They are often very vivid and stick with me for years. Not fun.

I don't take them as signs of the end times.

There are lots of causes of nightmares and night terrors. Some medical/mental, some I believe spiritual. If you have nightmares like the one you describe in the future and it disturbs you so I recommend seeking the appropriate help. Though definitely start with the former. If you're under a lot of stress that can be a big cause.

Thanks Peeple, I absolutely know I need to let it go and I’m hoping that venting here will help me do just that.
I’ve been praying for the mental release and for safety from this thing, whatever it was.
I can’t explain it really but I 100% know this thing was real and trying to get me.
The Bible says old men will have dreams.
I’m kinda old being a couple of months from turning 64……no?
This will pass, I KNOW it will and maybe I’m just concerned for others that are (being attacked?) like this.
I really believe we all need to be very careful right now.
To me it is very evident that there is a war between good and evil raging right now, more so than I have ever before felt during my life.

I’ve met what I can only describe as a demonic entity posing as a woman while fully awake and stone cold sober.

From my experience you must welcome their presence and accept an offer of sorts.

Send them packing pal, I wasn’t afraid, more amazed that this kind of phenomenon was real.

Do you know your own evil, the animal within?

Possibly you got a glimpse of it

8ve had a dream where face of something evil was inside me, it replaced my face with its evil reflection, when I looked in the mirror, I wanted to kill it... I woke up and thought, maybe I shouldn't want to kill that evil entity inside me, it likely contains the primal survival instinct

Then there's the saying that comes back in me

If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you

When you woke up from the dream about your daughter, was she ok? Was she fine? I hope so. And if she was and is fine, might your dream have been nothing more than your fear for her safety?

Yes thank you! That was tough one……phew.
There was no going back to sleep so I climbed into bed with her for the rest of the night, she was 4 or 5 at the time.
Nightmares SUCK!

Yeah, I ‘m well aware of the savage that dwells within, the natural man is very very strong in me.
It’s been an almighty tug of war my whole life.
The spirit side keeps overcoming though, with help.
I’m good.
This dream, in my heart I know it was a real confrontation and I’m very very thankful and very happy I was able to immediately turn away.
I can still feel it, that’s what’s weird.Time to let it go.

May I recommend the pater noster, fixed words you have to focus on and remember.
Any Mantra would do as long as you give it a meaning that connects your thoughts with something good and meaningful.
And repeat until you relax. Fear is the most natural reflex but you always got to stay calm, keep a cool head as the kidz say.
Focus on your thing, don't try to force your feelings, focus on what you're doing. You're praying/ meditate because you're greatful to be alive to have xy with you or because it is the #ing greatest show in the universe and you are a part of it.
What do you think how silly that thing looks when it comes next time and you say: thanks for the confirmation. Would you like a cup of tea?

Panic is not something I struggle with if it was I would not have been able to spend the years at sea I did.
This was something new and foreign to me and I’m probably still processing.
I thought hearing others input and maybe reading of their experiences would help.

I know this is far from funny but I did smile when I read your reply because my mind went right to ‘He met my sister’.
I’ve met a few truly evil people myself and I vividly remember thinking the same thing you mention here.
Evil in drag kind of thing.
Life can be strange, oh, you see weird crap in fog too……but that’s something entirely different…….😎

Demons feed off fear so if you encounter one in your sleep it's usually a terrifying experience, your awareness off the dream probably prevented the demon from imposing terror on you.
I guess we are slaves to our dreams unless we are aware they are dreams.

I believe everyone is experiencing intense spiritual warfare these days. I have been experiencing it as well as other friends. I had a nightmare several months ago where I had moved into a new house and there was a grey demon creature living in the walls. It was like something out of a horror movie and I saw the creature face to face just as you did in your dream.

It's possible that it could be a demon accessing you in the dream realm or it could also be a manifestation of stress, it's hard to tell. One thing is for sure though, I would pray and rebuke it in Jesus name. Demons have to run when you call upon the Lord.
