The normal rate of myocarditis in the general population (before COVID19) is between 1 person in 5,000 to 1 person in 10,000.

One thousand myocarditis cases out of 27,500,000 fully vaccinated Canadians is about 1 person in 27,500. Quite a bit lower than the background rate.
