What's stupid about this? China has the right to develop its own weapons. It would have been in poor taste for her to come out and act like the US hates the fact that other countries have weapons and technology too. Did China break any rules or laws? Now, if China starts acting like North Korea, threatening to nuke our cities while launching test missiles into the ocean, that's a little different.
