Aircraft are tested upside down for RCS tests
Thus, is you turn the image around, you can see the pointy noise and cockpit and underneath is an F-16-like air intake.
This is possibly the RCS mockup for the 6th generation tailess flying wing fighter design that has been rumored for some time.
