I've been watching a conversation in internet land about the photo listed below and the message it sends with great interest.

I have my own thoughts and even posted a comment that didn't go over too well. Shocking, I know.

So I thought I'd ask the illustrious minds here. "What does this photo say to you?" Let's discuss!

An advertisement to drum up business?
I wouldn't inquire about their services/products after seeing that.

That someone is doing their best to influence my thinking and decision making. Up to the point of creating a fake business for the message.

I much prefer appeals to my intelligence.

Says to me someone's hopping on the consumerism bandwagon with fingers secretly crossed for a big payday while being snarky-cheeky about it.

Or text and drive! I think some already do that one.

Someone with a funeral home is using the idea that people will die if they don't get vaccinated as a means of advertising their business.
It's that simple. A business advertisement. There's nothing else to see.

More propaganda...

It reminds me of agent provocateurs.

I live in a super liberal area with a lot of Branch Covidian cult members. One of my neighbors put a headstone in his front yard for Halloween. The text on the headstone says "I did my own research!"

I actually got a chuckle out of it. It is a liberal swipe at the "anti-vaxxers".

That's as simple as it is. A business advertisement. There's nothing else to see.

Oddly enough, the first replies to the post with this photo I came across were people saying this business knew something about the vaccines that we didn't and was warning them. That's what caught my eye, along with the harsh responses. ad to find out what this was.

Yea, it's a fake company. An ad agency created the pic.
I recall a thread from a while back that had people all up in arms, and you disproved the OP with a bit of sleuthing, but some folks here still wouldn't admit they were wrong.

The old adage of believing half of what you see and nothing of what you hear is more relevant now than ever.

Yep.

ETA: I knew that coming in, BTW.
