I thought DLS was "invented" so farmers would have more time to work in the field. ?
In any case, I cannot wait for DLS! Chicago (41 degrees North Latitude) in winter is this: You wake up, its dark. All "day" long, its grey.
At 4pm, its dark again. I think Chicago is the birthplace of Seasonal Affective Disorder!
I hate hate hate winter!!! (Yeah, I know, I should leave this hell pit!) Summer is great because at least you can see your hand in front of your
face!
You know those areas of the globe where its dark ALL day long, then continuously light? Pole areas? I could NOT exist in such a spot, I'd kill
myself!
Whenever I see nature sorts or explorers on TV raving about such places, I think they are straight up nuts!!!!!
Thanks too all for the FYI about the upcoming clock change (I never know exactly when it starts; but hey-the computer will tell me!)
