People should seriously pull their kids out of school before they get too brainwashed.
I couldn't imagine sending a kid to school knowing what they are teaching these days.
There is a reason it's called school. They are making schools of fish that think exactly the same and move the same direction and end up being slaves to a materialistic destructive pointless way of life.
I would slash the principles tires or something if it was my kid in that situation. I would ramp the war up a notch if it were my kid.
Boy. That’s some big-time empathy you’re showing here Sook. Good on ya.

My daughter is now anxiety ridden of getting in trouble and she blames me. This has caused a rift between us.
Hmmm...
Sounds like your daughter didn't volunteer to be on the front lines of YOUR war.
I have taught her to be a rebel and ungovernable. But now she wont. They scared her. And she is pissed at me. And this has broken me. What they have done to her has broken me.
My daughter is now anxiety ridden of getting in trouble and she blames me. This has caused a rift between us. Pulling her out is not an option. She has less 2.5 months to go then she graduates. She is taking science labs (with dissection's and chemistry experiments) and cannot be homeschooled for that, this last minute. Plus, its her last 2.5 with friends before we move. I

What kid is ok with wearing a mask? You mean afraid not because it’s been pushed if you don’t wear a cheap mask grandma and grandpa will die.
Children should always be taught to respectfully question. Not be pressured by peers and academics to toe the line.

If she's such a go getter as stated, congratulations and of course you should be proud. That type of child usually has college plans. How are you going to handle her going to college? Most of them have Vax and mask mandates and she will be an adult, able to mask up whenever and however she likes outside of the classroom.
Will you rail against her "commie" professors to her, or let her choose her path in life?

We are talking about a "child" that could be 18. If they can't decide if they want to wear a mask or not right now, they are going to be in for a shock in the real world.
Also it's up to the "child" with what they are comfortable with.
If this is something the mom really wants to fight, you do that through voting.
If your town is not in alignment with your values you either move or suck it up.

Not sure what riled you up. I was truly curious how she will handle the college situation. Her daughter only has 2 more months of high school she said. I can't imagine if the girl has managed to graduate early that she isn't furthering her education.
