Labor shortages are especially impactful across industries. While many factors are still being debated to determine whether there is an actual labor shortage, and if so, what the reasons for this are, the reality is that many organizations are facing labor crunches. Take for example famous logistics and shipping company Fedex, which reported key challenges in their earnings call earlier this week. As the company’s COO Raj Subramaniam explains, “The impact of constrained labor markets remains the biggest issue facing our business as with many other companies around the world and was the key driver of our lower than expected results in the first quarter.” Additionally, referencing one specific shipping hub which has only 65% of the required staffing, Subramaniam contemplates: “this staffing shortage has a pronounced impact on the operations, which results in our teams diverting 25% of the volume that would normally flow through this hub because it simply cannot be processed efficiently to meet our service standards. And in this case the volume that diverted must be rerouted and process, which drives inefficiencies in our operations and in turn higher costs.”

Even someone with just a little common-sense knows if the U.S. Congress has exempted themselves, and their staff, from having to be vaccinated, it is NOT SMART to let yourself or your family be vaccinated. There is something wrong, or a potential time-bomb, associated with these brand new drugs.

...regrets not having convinced her friend Kevin Smith-Chartrée to go and get the vaccine earlier. The 27-year-old lost his life as a result of his battle with the virus earlier this week.

It's sad after I saw Kevin, I wish I had seen someone who would have been able to convince me. So I would have believed in this COVID and the quality of the vaccines. I would have done everything on my own (to protect myself) and I would have convinced Kevin ", she says
Mr. Smith-Chartrée, who is a father of two, received his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine in mid-August.
On September 1, he was diagnosed with COVID-19 positive. It was then that he went to the hospital with flu-like symptoms.
He decided to go home voluntarily for treatment, but on the night of September 8-9, he began to have respiratory complications. Mr. Smith-Chartrée was therefore admitted to intensive care.
After two weeks in hospital, after being in a coma, he died of complications from COVID-19 on September 24.

I don't know about American work shortages there, but in this country the young ( many ) are using up the money their grandparents gave them for like 18 years of savings. That's a lot of money. So they like to travel a bit, some walk or cycle Japan during the seasons and seek ONLY part time work for 6 months a year then head toward the islands around Okinawa during the winter. Easy life style for the young. Very trendy these days.

Are they nanobots?
This is a very short report from 6 years ago about how scientists used nanobots in mice for the first time. I am sure if they were telling us that back then, the technology was much more advanced than they let on. Imagine where it is today.
O'Looney says deaths jumped 250% with the shot roll out. Vaxxidents have increased. Snyder reports a worldwide labor shortage. Are we witnessing the beginnings of societal collapse?

At first, most people blamed the labor shortages on unemployment and stimulus checks, but this does not explain why the same labor shortage conditions are happening all over the world.
Michael Snyder reports that staffing shortages in logistics and healthcare alone are leading to crises. Before this, many people were competing for the same jobs.
In fact, two-thirds of businesses worldwide are having staffing issues, and supply chain disruption problems are projected to last well into the next year.
Already, people have died waiting hours for hospital care because we are running short of doctors and nurses.
And as shortages remain due to supply chain concerns, we can expect inflation to continue to rise.
Historically, employers have been flooded with resumes for open positions. So, how did we get to what is looking like a loss of millions of people overall with no one showing up to fill any of these these empty positions?
