And what protestors?

There's only about a dozen of them. They're really annoying and most of the population can't figure out why we don't just thrown them in a cell and throw away the key, but I really don;t think they warrant the imposition of martial law. They don;t even come from Macclesfield!

First of all; this thread was specifically about the UK.
What has any of what you posted got to do with us because I assure you nothing like that is going to happen here?

Something is going to happen here before November next year to suspend elections and declare martial law.

Like what?
Detail please.

The only way it won’t will be if they still believe they can cheat at will.

Despite all the attempts no-one has yet PROVED that any significant and organised 'cheating' took place in last November's presidential election.

We will turn into a police state.....

Strange, it seems to be the very same sort of people who keep on telling me that the US is indeed The Land of the Free and that you have more 'freedoms' over there than any of us living elsewhere yet believe you are bordering on becoming a 'police state'.
Surely it can't be both at the same time, can it?

.... but eventually it will turn into gorilla warfare here....

What, like Planet of the Apes?

...with all our guns and ammunition.

If it does go like you say - which I obviously very much doubt - then it would become a bloodbath.
Why would any other country want to be the same?

You people in the rest of the world are crazy for disarming.

Sorry mate, I think you've got that arse about face.

You seem to have a thing about Macclesfield.
Home of Ian Curtis and of course The Macc Lads.

I've never been there.

what an absolute bellend narrating that video from his car, I can tell you from my own expierence that life in the UK is returning to pre Jan 2020, no mask mandates and no forced vaccinations.

why could he not film this from his home, maybe his own wife thinks he is crazy also

then the second voice that narrates sounds about 16 years old and full of snip, i gave up about 2.30minutes utter BS

Ah the Macc lads some of my mates supported them on tour waaaaay back.

I live near a ton of miltary bases and not seen any uptick in movements. (Salisbury Plain) and there is nowhere nearly enough to instigate martial law.

1. Background
Media reports of rumoured plans to cut the army to 70,000 personnel
has prompted much concern in Parliament about the current future size
of the armed forces.
Current numbers of personnel
There are three main ways to measure the number (strength) of military
personnel, depending on whether one includes trained and untrained,
Gurkhas and full time reserve personnel. The numbers differ depending
on which method is used. The first in the list - total full time UK Armed
Forces - is the most comprehensive: it includes the UK Regular Forces,
Gurkhas, and Full Time Reserve personnel:
• Total full time UK Armed Forces: 155,474
• Total full time UK Regular Forces: 147,525
• Total trained full time UK Armed Forces: 137,280
All three services are currently below the requirement for trained
strength. Overall there is a deficit of 5.6%, or 8,157 personnel, of the
stated required strength (which is 145,437). So the Army’s required
strength is 82,646 but the actual strength, as of 1 October 2017, is
77,440.
When Reserves, all UK regular personnel, Gurkhas and other personnel
are included, the total UK Service Personnel is 195,730. Volunteer
Reserve personnel make up 19% of that number, numbering just over
37,000, on 1 October 2017.1

Also remember most of those will be support not fighters.

Unfortunately people will do the usual and buy into the bipartisan BS. Labour would be even more authoritarian, we need to rip up the entire system. As political puppets go Boris is probably about the best we can expect. Look at all the countries with left wing parties in control, full on nightmare.

The political system is sick and you’ll never change it with a ballot.

That's the thing Grenade.

Labour are unelectable in present condition.

So the game is a boogie really.

Coz its a two party race here, no matter what they try and claim.

The rest of the political parties are just window dressing as unfortunate as the case may be.

If you've gone this long without visiting Macc I'd try and keep it that way.

If I had to choose between martial law or moving to Macclesfield I'd be going for the full on dystopian 1984 option.

It's not even a two party system here anymore.

Labour is so broken it's Tories all the way for the bulk of our lifetimes sadly I think.

Said about Scottish Football at one point not that long ago, but it applies to British politics just as well.

Hey John.

I live next to Salisbury Plain and apart from the usual military exercises recently (the Hercules's seem to use our chimneys as a navigation aid) nothing out of the ordinary.

Taxi driver told me he was driving over the Plain late one night, stopped to pee in a ditch and a Squaddie in full camo jumped up and said "Cheers, mate' or words to that effect.

The OP is utter arse gravy, by the way.
