In order to believe in something that’s impossible to be proven scientifically you need faith.

Atheism is a countermovement that gets dragged into a discussion it really has no business being in.
When you think about it, an atheist is really an unnuanced agnostic.
Agnosticism completely sidesteps this whole 'god:yes/no?' premise, for good reasons

I think that if we're talking based purely on what is known about the universe, agnostics are the most honest in that they admit they don't know.

In my perspective, those with religious faith and atheists occupy two ends of the faith spectrum. The person who believes in God has faith in the supernatural beyond our ability to know while the atheist has faith that the supernatural does not exist and there is nothing beyond our ability to know.

Either way to be a person of religious faith or an athiest, you must have a degree of faith about your position because neither of us truly knows for sure if we are right, not in a tangible way we can absolutely prove.
