Your image was borted by the additional tags after the filetype.

But I don't see it in the video. that could be anything.

Is it a kayak from the shoreline , upturned and sunk ?

Or a tree that fell in and is now weathered by the water and covered in mud?

Notice all the other inline waves/sand patterns that don't make a lockness.

See if you can spot the figure in the video player above

When this↑ is in bold print and immediately jumps out at me from the article, I can't help but to interpret that to mean that if you back away from your monitor, squint your eyes, and tilt your head a bit, then just maybe you'll see an underwater shadow that looks like it could possibly be Nessie.

I would love for it to be real, but honestly at this point, if it isn't out of the water, then the pic just isn't good enough.

This may or may not help...

Personally if you look at the rest of the lite/dark lines leading out from the shoreline leads me to believe this is a natural phenomena.

Of course your mileage may vary.

OMG!!!
This creature slowly rises to the surface and changes it's position, while moving closer to the shore!
Look at where it's head starts out, away from the rocks, and then it's head ends up closer to the rocks and to the right!
It's twice the size of the canoes and sure can't be a rock or tree with rear fins.

WOW!
Just went through the video and at 13:56, it's there again by the red canoe!

It is obviously an upturned sunken canoe with flippers that move.

They sell those at Cabelas, I think?

Oh yeah, and a long flexible neck.

I dont see it move itself, just same position and drifting closer to shore, like a transparent image imposed on the footage.

Excellent find! I'm with you on this one. Perhaps a baby or youth Plesiosaurus.

It's something. Whether or not it's a plesiosaurus is up for debate, but it's something. It's small, so I was being serious when I said it could be a baby or youth Nessie.

Here is a still from the video.

Here is a Toy Plesiosaur.

Here is a GIF composite of the cropped image, brightened and contrast enhanced, overlayed with the Toy Plesiosaur image.

Here is a real photo of me with my wife.

G out.

Ok, good to know because it sure does resemble something.

That's a pretty close match.

HERE IS THE ORIGINAL VIDEO:

First appearance: 03:54
2nd appearance: 13:54

This has clearly been edited in.
Zero tail/neck/fin movement
Exact match to the toy plesiosaur

There have been a great many videos of late
Of urban and cave explorers, hikers and hunters
With edited audio or video to drum up more views

Examples:
Erwin Saunders outdoor channel Pixies

Horton Mines edited scary sounds

Erwin Saunders is more of a light hearted entertainment channel rather than an edit designed to trick someone. I think you're comparing this to the wrong type of video.
