The only thing it proves, is that they thought seeding the virus into a wild bat population was to risky and refused to fund that particular project. They continued to fund the research inside of the lab, yet it still got out into the wild. NIH funded the wuhan research.

They needed a viable animal vector to use for the zoonotic jump to humans. Use an mRNA vaccine on the local bat population; population diffusion occurs because of CRISPR/CAS9; one of their scientists just happens to look at bats and finds their own work; wolf is cried, and the flu becomes a pandemic.

It is odd that traditional vaccines tend to cause the same symptoms as their target virus in patients, but the mRNA ones do not. For example, people take the flu vaccine, and feel like they have the flu. However, people take the covid vaccine and they get all sorts of problems that covid didn't cause. The vaccines even adversely affect age groups that covid did not. That's because the vaccines don't mimic a natural virus. They mimic a laboratory creation that did not come from any animal.
