The parents should have known what was up when he took a pack and went into the wilderness. That was a red flag.

True.

But we have no idea what he told them, what they think, or anything about them.

At this point, there is no evidence they have committed a crime that we know. And we don't know what LE knows. Better to have a solid case than to arrest them because seems something funny that might compromise the entire investigation and case.

Agreed the parents should be arrested; they knew! They ignored the texts from her parents asking about Gabby and they completely went unanswered. Let’s pretend that he came home and told a story of how Gabby left him and disappeared or whatever it may be to make her look bad; wouldn't you as a parent text back what your son has told you? I hope they find him alive….

What is notable and different from a NWO point of view is the tik toker and you tubers that helped the FBI; especially the video recording of the van at Spread Creek. There is no hiding now is the underlying message being taken advantage of from this case.

Cops let him get away,

They've said many times they had no legal reason to arrest him or bring him in for questioning.

His right to refuse to talk is a right that is sacred among all of us. It's enshrined in our legal system and Constitution.

Whether he is guilty or not, and he likely is, that right exists for a reason: because the public (or government authority) wants to override it when convenient for them, as evident here: it's equivalent to a mob mentality that overrides due process and the investigative process.

There is also new witnesses that saw him slapping the crap out of her. They stopped and yelled at him, they both jumped in the van. Its too bad she didnt tell the cops what was really going on when she had the chance.

I look down on men that hit women. I can proudly say that I have never ever hit a woman. Even when being Assaulted.

Indeed. Be an asshole to everyone equally or not at all.

They even went to pick up his car at the swamp reserve and bring it back to the house. Supposedly he left on Tuesday and they had the car back at the house on Wednesday. Somethings don’t add up here at all.

Leave now, no one should put up with any kind of abuse from a man or a woman, that time of the month or not. I'm sorry you are going through that. a reply to: ufoorbhunter

We actually believe in the Constitution, contrary to what you have been told. Off topic.

So why is this case national news? People are murdered every day and they don't receive this treatment by the national news services... what is special about this case?

Wyoming has the death penalty, but I think that Laundrie has already killed himself.

It happened on Federal land, a Wyoming court wouldn't be the venue.

I've listened to hundreds of true crime podcasts. I have to agree with you on this.

Is it mostly likely that he killed her? YES.

However, strange series of events CAN happen. Strange circumstances, strange mental problems, strange reactions to events. He could have been an abusive guy. But she could also have been unstable enough to get upset and commit suicide. He could have thought about the circumstances and realized his life is #'d no matter what really happened because no one would believe him and it would follow him forever. Not everyone will respond in the "correct" way that most of us think is the right way. Some people panic. Some also watch and listen to the plethora of true crime out there today and know that whatever the try to explain or say will be used against them. Especially if TPTB and/or the mob want you to be the guy.

He probably did it....but he deserves due process.

Because she is a pretty young blonde.
If she had been of a "minority persuasion" nobody would have been interested.
