Well for the sake of being as effective in preventing death without being more effective in causing it, they would probably need to change the mRNA sequence to account for the delta mutation. This would be a best case scenario.
An alternative scenario would be tricking the immune system into producing infection enhancing antibodies against the Lambda mutation.
Is it more pathogenic? In that case it's not a bad guess. But even without ill intention, they should modify the nucleotide sequence and probably wouldn't even be lying about the change in it's safety profile.

it's almost comical that the serial boot lickers didn't bother to come to your thread to debunk it. They sent the B team.

I had lasik... I will admit to sleeping about 10 hours post op, that was one hell of a muscle relaxer they gave me, but the procedure was only about 15 mins.

Oh...and what kind of eye surgery? 4 hours on a surgery, in general, is a REALLY long surgery. I have never heard of any eye surgery that took 4 hours. I come from family of medical professionals...surgeons that have stood over patients for 7+ hours for a spinal surgery, 2 days in the ER, piecing together bones and watching the videos at home to see what they could have done better.
So please....what is the 4 hour eye surgery you had?
Occipital bone reconstruction? Reattached your optical nerve?
Or are you talking about recovery time from lasik?
