Sounds like we have a 4th possible impeachment charge that should be brought up.

I hope someone is drafting these somewhere. Could be as high as a dozen by the end of the month.

When my wife developed Covid-19 eight months ago, she went to the hospital outpatient unit and received an "antibody infusion". Two days later, she was cured.

This week, Democrat U.S. President JOE BIDEN ordered his HHS/CDC to change how this effective Covid-19 treatment is allocated to various parts of the country.

Several states that voted Republican (aka "Red states") this past November, will now receive LESS medicine to treat their Covid-19 infected citizens.

The Biden administration is cutting back on sending free doses of monoclonal antibodies to red, southern states where they were used as a highly effective treatment for COVID-19 patients.

In a new policy shift that began Monday, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services announced the distribution of monoclonal antibodies to states will now be centralized, moving away from the previous process which was based on direct orders and demand.

Restricting the availability of life-saving medication(s) in states that did not vote for you, is immoral, and should be illegal. This action is contrary to the oath taken by every U.S. President, and does not foster the "unity" Joe Biden pledged to work for, if elected.

I feel ya. But as a private citizen, you can’t sue the president for policies or official conduct which occurs during his administration. Right or wrong, it’s a neat little trick that insulates the President from the consequences of his policies. Otherwise, the Executive Branch would grind to a halt under a barrage of unending lawsuits filed by disgruntled citizens—-regardless of which party is in power.

Joe is a bumbling idiot as his public appearances attest

His handlers and Biden's puppet masters are evil masterminds, remember the most evil person on the planet Soros, gives tons of money to Democrats and his agenda makes the Marvel villians look like kittens. Obama said he wished the US Presidency was like the Chinese Presidency, in public and on the record. Pelosi, well she just said capitalism is a failed system, the foundation of the US, openly calling for socialistic control of the ignorant masses.

Here's the first: www.congress.gov...

The second was filed 2 weeks ago.

Just adding more info for those that want the full story.

U.S. Limits Covid Antibody Treatments For All States As Shortage Fears Rise -

"The Biden administration is publishing weekly breakdowns of the distribution of its 150,000 monoclonal antibody doses on its website, with this week’s report revealing Florida, Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee and Alabama as the states given the most treatments."

Biden administration moves to stave off shortages of monoclonal antibodies -

"The Biden administration moved this week to stave off shortages of monoclonal antibodies, taking over distribution of the critical covid-19 therapy and purchasing 1.4 million additional doses.

The policy change that went into effect Monday is all but certain to result in cuts of the medication to some states, especially seven in the Deep South with high infection rates that have been using about 70 percent of the national supply."

Can I come stay with you for a bit, before this kicks off?

Although, now that I think about it, most Michiganders, outside of Detroit, would fight on the side of the south.
We hate our damn Governor anyway.

I guess the nazi biden needs to keep the supplies to himself and the democrats in case they get sick, after all none of them has taken the darn jab, they lie.

This supplies are now to help their wealthy backers, we are living in a very sick science fiction fascist movie and all those horrible possibilities that we used to think it could happen in real life are happening right now.

I don't know what to think until I know how it is being divided up amongst the states. The article says that Florida, Alabama, Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, and Louisiana were taking 70% of the free supply. That's hardly fair. I think they should be divided up amongst the states according to population. If states want more than that, then they could buy some on own.

I don't recall anyone questioning fairness when the Navy hospital ship was sitting in New York...based on need.

Best of both worlds.

Those states wouldn't have such a great need if most people there had just rolled up their sleeves. Besides, it's $150 for a covid vaccine or $1500 for the regen-cov.

I was complaining about the hospital ships, because the doctors and nurses were taken from civilian hospitals to man the ships. We didn't have vaccines back then either. People in the states using 70% of the regen-cov supply are expecting a $1500 treatment when they outright refused a $150 vaccine.

Im not sure what thread I have already posted this on....but it bears repeating regardless:

ANYTIME THE GOVERMENT GETS INVOVLED, IT IS FOR NERFARIOUS REASONS AND THEY WILL DESTROY EVERYTHING THEY TOUCH.

Less Government, More Freedom is always the best policy.

People in the states using 70% of the regen-cov supply are expecting a $1500 treatment when they outright refused a $150 vaccine.

Two things:

First, those states in question have the highest black population percentages in the nation. I thought black lives mattered? When did that change? When the vaccines were cheaper than the treatments? So, just to be clear, black lives matter only when they don't cost too much?

Second, the price is actually the same for the people who receive medical attention over the virus (both treatment and vaccination). As I understand it, it's all free to the patient. Trump put that policy in place to placate the Democrats in Congress. So, why would anyone be concerned about the cost of their medical attention when the government or insurance or whoever is paying for it? I thought that was what we wanted... free health care for everyone? Do we now want free health care for everyone as long as it's the cheapest possible health care?

Just trying to understand where we are. I get confused easily.

Maybe what you are saying is true for some people, but I don't have a black lives matters or free healthcare point of view. I don't think I've said anything that would make it seem like I do. I don't care much for people in general and the fewer the better in my opinion.

Isn't the free covid treatment, that was set up by President Trump, just for the uninsured and the provider has to agree to accept just what the government will pay? It did not cover people with insurance. Insurance companies had voluntarily waived the out of pocket costs, but many of them have recently rolled that back and are making covid patients pay their copays. I've read that some insurance companies are even thinking about how to make unvaccinated pay the full cost. The only thing that is guaranteed to be free is the covid jab.

I think the unvaccinated should have to pay for the MaB therapy if they want it and not us taxpayers. We've spent enough on this pandemic already.

So can you absolutely with 100% certainty say that no break through cases got that treatment?

Cause if you cant then your entire argument here is fairly shortsighted.

I imagine how shortsighted it seems depends on vaccination status and how much you believe the vaccines do not keep people out of the hospital.
