I have watched you say this time and again. Just stop. You cannot sit there and claim how hard it is to kill someone accidentally. It isn't and I could literally post THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of links claiming accidental killings of all types. It is actually very easy.

Only three people know what happened. That's why
his sister hasn't talked to him (plausible deniability).
No one can be arrested for anything at this point.

This is what happened.
The kids parents implicated themselves right off the bat.
They reacted naturally in protection of their son and that's
why they're remaining silent. They are all in over their heads
and now just bobbing for air. He knows he has ruined all their
lives and as you say is swinging from a rope somewhere. The
parents this family will have no friends any where if they remain
silent. And Gabby never comes home.

Personally, I disagree that no one can be charged. I believe Laudrie's parents can, and should, be charged for Obstructing an ongoing investigation. And, the DA should warn them that they may also be charged is Aiding and Abetting a criminal act if they don't start talking.

a.) They turned HER loose in the van, NOT him. (the cops sent him to a hotel).

b.) So, how did HE wind up in the van...UNLESS she went and picked him up in it?

In the bodycam footage you can see and hear how and why. They got her out of the van and placed her in their car for some air-conditioning, they placed the boyfriend on the curb. The cops talked about the situation, concluded that they SHOULD arrest her for domestic violence or assault and that the boyfriend was the victim which gabby admitted and both their stories lined up. she had beaten him while driving. But decided to let her go with the van and took him to a hotel room because they wanted them to stay separate for the rest of the day and night , also no phone communication between them. The next day they were allowed to meet up again.

That was the arrangement the cops made and that's where all concrete information ends as far as i know.

I agree it is actually very easy to kill someone by accident as it takes no intended effort. It has happened before one knows it. No planning needed and no guts to act it out as there was no intent and premeditation. It is indeed very possible and does happen a lot, sadly.

It could be this or the girl simply ran off without him which she was already planning the day of the body came footage.

which suggested she wanted to ditch him. All I was pointing out was, if she wanted to ditch him then she could have just not gone and picked him up at the hotel the cops took him to. But, she apparently did, else he never would have been back in the van.

The video from Sunday shows a tent covering a portion of the ground, surrounded by what appears to be search teams.

It’s unclear what is underneath that tent – but you can see what appears to be an investigator off to the side taking pictures.

We are not at this time able to confirm what they have found.

Dang im sorry. That is not the first time i made that error. About a week ago that mistake made my post look like i was calling Jinme a liar while i was actually responding to someone else who responded to him.

And i agree, she did pick him up the other day. The day before though when the cops ended up showing up she wanted the car keys to take of. that much was clear in the bodycam footage.

Very true. But she is a woman so they decided to not take her to jail as they agreed they should but then later on decided to give the choice to do so to one of them. If it had been the other way around that bodycam footage would not have taken a hour and he would have been arrested on the spot.
