Corruption in politics goes way-way back.
At least there is legal process there.
If only there was someone who applied some sort of sentence to the wrongdoers who have been found guilty, the legal system would be truly just.
But too many criminals become yesterdays news, and it all goes onto the pile of forgetfulness.
Ah
The ole "they all do it".
Wouldn't expect any more from ya.
Black Nixon just was unfortunate to get caught, right?

wash your mouth out. Obama will never be implicated in this. His low level lawyers who concocted this whole plan just went rouge. He had no knowledge of anything going on, but he did have complete control otherwise.
If they would do it to a Presidential candidate, they would do it against anyone

If the intelligence agency was trying to manipulate anything, it would work. It did, does & will. Give them more credit. People think they all that than say the person next to them aren't ha everyone is the best until out to the test.

The sitting President at the time used the FBI to spy on the opposing party's candidate. And lied to the courts to do it.

You know, some people were actually paying attention about the content of potus security and intelligence briefings. I do believe active fisa warrants are included.
Lol these people act as if we all simply forget.

How involved do you think the sitting president actually was? No proof he had any idea as to what was going on. This Case involves Carter Page. Not the opposing parties candidate. But, when Trumps campaign met with Russian agents inside Trump tower that has to raise an eyebrow or too does it not? Are you still so far up into Trump that you think that was OK?

You know what's sickening, though?
I could send this to every leftist person I know and they would dismiss it outright because of the site it is on. SMDH
You know this is not a feature unique to the left?
I started a thread yesterday on the Woodward book release and listed 4-5 sources. Once of those sources was CNN at which point some obvious right leaning people here had no interest in doing research for themselves but automatically dismissed the thread because it was on CNN.
The Left is no better than the Right, the Right is no better than the Left IMO.
but to use the actions of a few to disparage the whole, is not something you should do. Plenty of people enjoyed your thread and the news it offered. It's no different than a few douche nozzles bitching because something is on bitchute. Let the idiots be idiots, and talk with the non drooling folks.

what was the question you speak of?
“There’s a lot of talk about Biden’s son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that, so whatever you can do with the attorney general would be great,” Trump said in the July 25 call, according to the memo. “Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution, so if you can look into it, It sounds horrible to me.”

In all fairness the Woodward book uses very dubious sources. How such a respected journalist became such a partisan hack Ill never understand. The Federalist, while surely a partisan site itself, is reporting on what a FISA Court has ruled, they can put a spin on the story, but the headline says it all. You are correct in that there are many among us who think with emotions and not rational thought, on both sides. The Great Commentsection War of 2021. LOL

Any misuse of their power is bad, using it solely for political gain is far worse. If we are to live in a dictatorship surveillance will be the least of our worries. Youll be happy you are being spied on, no need to spy on dead people.

So what? They have been spying in U.S citizens for a couple decades, but soying on a milti national business man that has the means to control the U.S if elected if bad?, no. Spying on civilians is bad, not people that actually have the power to conduct mass horibble acts if wanted because they are so rich & powerful. Fight for citizens right to privacy not one rich powerful man who was a potential leader of the people. Investigation into anyone who is going to lead the most powerful country in the world should be a must.
