Pest Problem

I HATE BUGS. ANY KIND OF BUGS. theyre creepy and I hate them.

anyways,
One night, I was cleaning my kitchen when I saw an abnormally large centipede crawling on my wall. now, knowing my duty to keep my house pest free, I grabbed a wad of paper towel and squashed it. I rolled the paper up, hoping not to catch a glimps of this disgusting vermin. That was like, oh... A week ago.


SO five minutes ago, while cleaning my room, I see THE SAME CENTIPEDE, crawling across my floor. I tried to squash it, and it disappeared.As I have never seen an insect that can run faster than I can squash, I was about to post in the crytpo ATS forum about this abnormal problem. BUT I saw it again, and captured it under a glass. but NOW the hard part. How do I KILL it?? I have no insecticides, and Im too scared to pick up the cup. What to do???????

In case you still haven't solved the problem, or next time, just carefully slip a piece of thick paper or fine cardboard paper under the cup and pick it up. It's my failsafe, time-honored method.

Well, clean your house more often the bug will disappear...

If you leave the bug under there long enough itll sufocate. I did the same thing with a bee once.

I'd just pick it up, as Macrento said and toss it outside.
