Belgium.
Two months ago they said they would never introduce a covid pass. Weeks later they introduced the covid safe ticket for events.
4 Days from now they will decide the date and rules on the covid pass. Probably October 1st. As well as a date on when masks will be no longer mandatory.
From that day on, I will no longer be able to ride a bus, set foot into a hospital, go into bars or restaurants, same things as you see in France and all over Europe. Not even sure what it will mean for work.

Yesterday I was denied access to an outdoor flea market because I didn't have a covid safe pass on me (which is proof of either vaccination or natural antibodies). Outdoors!!! Next month I am supposed to take my kid to the hospital but I won't be able to go in with her anymore.

I'm supposed to get married in a couple of months, but as all seems now, they will deny me access to my own ceremony...

FINE! All of the above is not going to make me get a vaccine. I can work around all of it. Adapt, find creative solutions. It's not the end of the world. Like I've said many times before, nothing will make me take the jab! nothing!

---------------------------------------------------

Only a month ago they said they would never go that far as to force people to get the vaccine.
Now, today, all the political parties in my country are around the table and most of them seem to agree on one thing :
mandatory vaccinations for everyone!

I'm slightly panicking.
You'd think they can not do this, they surely would not? Right?
How can a 21st century, democratic society, force this on its citizens? But they are going to....

so, slight panic.
What do I do? Do I admit defeat and take the jab?
Do I run and hide for the next couple of months? years? Will I put my kids and family thought that?
How will I play this? How do I avoid this ?! It's insane...

Between 20 and 30 % over here is not vaccinated, it's a small country but we are still talking about almost 3 million people! How many of those will accept it? Sure, they will protest, they will let them protest for a while, but protest never does any good around here.

Right now, I rather break then bend! but still... slightly panicking

What would you, as an unvaccinated person do?
Think about it, because it is slowly coming, country by country...

I don’t think any advice I could give you would be helpful.

I can however tell you I will never have a jab from those drug pushers either. There are more of us then them.

Hopefully someone will be along shortly to offer something a little more beneficial.

Most of us are never really presented with an opportunity to take a stand against what we know, in the very fiber of our body, is inherently wrong.

This is a defining moment of our lives.

Today only 3 countries have mandatory vaccines for all adults:
Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and F-ing Vatican City.

Most others have only restrictions and safe passes.

I don't see how Belgium feels it has to be the first one in Europe to take a leading roll and open the door for other countries to follow the example! It makes no sense... they usually follow, as one of the last.

Not even if they take away everything from you? Job? child support? access to about anything?

I don't think anyone is going to offer another solution.

All my life I have had to take a stand against what I believed was wrong. Bullying, secluding, false information, withheld information, overstepping authority(similar to bullying), treating workers like trash or less than, I'm sure there are more examples.

I'm nowhere near as courageous or in a situation as dangerous, but I REMEMBER THE ALAMO.

Who remembers those who ran away from the battle?

It doesn't seem like a rhetorical question, so here's two paragraphs:

"The battle of the Alamo is often said to have had no survivors: that is, no adult male Anglo-Texan present on March 6, 1836, survived the attack. However, numerous other members of the garrison did escape death. At least a dozen soldiers survived the siege as couriers."

"Many know the famous names of James Bowie, William B. Travis, and David Crockett as men who died defending the Alamo, but there were about 200 others there during the Battle. These men came from a variety of backgrounds and places, but all came together to fight for Texas liberty." - This is what I remember.

Although I don't respect their fight for the continuance of slavery, I do respect their fight for their belief's regarding independence. That in itself is pretty ironic.

Fantastic isn't it, finally the opportunity to present our souls to the oppressive demonic majority.

I for one can't wait to see the look on anyones face when they finally come to the realisations that i will not volunteer my soul no matter the price....

I feel for you having children though, it definitely complicates the equation, I have always known these days were fast approaching, i could just see it and so actively went about the business of not entering into parenthood to the detriment of many a relationship.

The only way to survive the upcoming tyranny is to start to get of the radar asap, be in a state of readiness that means you have a backpack ready to pick up and walk away from everything when the roundups start......and they will.

Unless you can find a highly trusted group of - off griders to support you i honestly due to you having kids think you will not make it. The logistics may very well prove to great for you.

The only problem with groups is that there's always one or two drongos who will either sell out the group or put themselves in a position where their forced to give up locations as bargaining chips to save their own skin.

For the first year or two once the roundups start IMO solitudinal existence somewhere will be the key to true survival initially, from there its anyones guess.

Ohh yes it is, especially if you believe in the narrow path.

While I certainly hope it doesn't come down to it, the absolute worst case for me would be to find a doctor that would hand me the jab, walk out of the room, and I can just squirt it into the trash can, then they'll give me my jab-papers.

But it will have to be really, really bad for me to even do that.

They will have to kill me before I'll let them jab me or one of my family by force though.

I already made the decision years ago to move far away from big towns, at the edge of a forest that offers a good enough escape route out of the country if we have to, a house that can go off grid, etc.... but I intended it for other events. I never thought I would be the one that was going to be hunted down, alone! (well, maybe things won't get that drastic, have to see how all of this plays out first... and getting an overactive imagination doesn't help at all right now )

but, looking at my family and children there is only one dominant thought and that is that I am no good to them when I'm dead... I did all of the above for their sake, for us as a family to be able to survive.

Anyway, I know places I can go, the question is if I'm going to...

while it sucks and is wrong to punish folks for not taking an experimental drug, at least be happy your leaders understand basic science enough to know natural immunity is a thing. In the USA, the leaders are stupid and have no clue that's even a thing.

I just had a talk with my doc today .
Strange , he has never asked about my COVID vaccination status .
But he did speak about "natural immunity"

In Belgium home to the European Union Id would imagine it will be SUBMIT or be shunned as secondary citizens for now.

Have you ever heard it mentioned by US leadership? All I hear is about getting the shot. Joe Joe isn't smart enough for more than one thought at a time. glad we are so well represented in the US.
